The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.

"Molly show me a genjutsu and we will do that but if tor shows me a water manipulation jutsu before you then we will do that" he smiled "I will wait I have time to spare" he sits down and works on the teat that is going to be today.

"Very well. Its pretty basic, but its quite effective." Tor stands up and digs thru is pockets pulling out several bottles of water. He make sure they're all uncapped does several hand signs. "Water Manipulation." He muttered. He held out one of his hands, The water shot out of the bottles and began to circle around his hand. The water formed five orbs above it, they then froze. He held ice orbs above his head and glanced around. "If you want to see me finish this jutsu, I suggest everyone take cover."

-thinks to her self come on I have to win I just have too- She concintrates even harder. -she momblues to her self I can do it yes I can- Trys to finish mugen onsa and suprisingly she does. I did it!
