Lena grinned and kissed Liam's uninjured cheek before saying "but I love you..... and that's all that matters anyway....." With a laugh Mikey nodded and said "Yes... unfortunantly...." before kissing Jak firmly on the lips.

Aura stood up on the bar and projected her voice. "Excuse me anyone interested... There will be a 'Let's make sure Merryn doesn't consume too much alcohol' party at my house. That means drinking all of the booze before she can. Anyone interested can follow this lovely woman here to the blue circular house about two blocks to the west of here. There are two rules though! Watch for flying furniture, and don't, under any circumstances let Merryn heal you or anyone else. Thanks... And if you find me too pushy, don't worry, I won't be there." Getting down she shook her head and muttered to herself. "I really am a drama queen."

Cupping Mikeys head lightly with his hand, Jak returned the kiss before stepping back with a bow. "Hurry home then, Cinderella. It was a lovely ball." His eyes dancing, he moved back to the bar to finish his drink.

Mikey made his way back behind the bar to grab his bag, before heading toward the door he walked over and gave Jak a quick kiss on the cheek before saying "Until next time, gorgeous..." then headed for the door.

Suru fixed himself another carbomb, his drink of choice lately and settle at the bar, s book open in front of him and toying with his pen, hopin he liquor would grease the creative wheels a little.

Fixing herself a martini Aura sat at the bar facing the mostly empty room. Humming quietly to herself. She made to drink the martini several times before setting it on the bar in disgust.

Suru shrugged and took a drink.
"None that have any prospects. I met someone on the last night of the party, but she seemed a little . . . losse, then a little fragile. Neither of which are characteristics I'm fond of."
He kepts his palm firmly down flat on thecover of the notebook, and tried to ignore the feeling of being examined. Stil, it made a blush creep up his neck.

Suru let out a short laugh and rested his chin in his hand, lazily, taking another drink and finishing it off. The notebook lay on the bar, unattended.
"I don't get out much. I find as a general rule, people aren't fond of me. And I'mworking a lot, though the muse seems to have failed me tonight."
