Reddemon Maddog1278 DarkElf27 Cagalli Yura Attha Do not think that we worship the Emperor as much as those Ultramarine fools. No, we Blood Angels shall not forget that he idly allowed for Sanguinius to perish before he made his move. Though we protect him... we sometimes wonder what would happen if we did not. Ha! needs hardly wondering. he would sit in his wired throne and say to himself: oh s**t......they would create a whole other chapter (after all, the space marines are partially clones of the emperor, and partially from a gene seed). besides, space marines are bred to eliminate that kind of thinking. they are completely loyal to the emperor. Unless, of course, you are a Chaos spy! Or you have no knowldge of the 40k universe rolleyes SMs are recruited at a younge age like 7-9 terran years old then given the gene seeds But many of the first SM's had some of the Emperors genes in them. (GO TO RP. mad )

Gene seed doesn't grow on trees. Oh, and there are some chapters that recruit from ages 14-18. The Doom Eagles go through a rigorous recruiting process of getting all the strong 11-13 year olds from all the villages on their founding planet every 7 years I believe. and basically tell them that they have no purpose in life and then ahve them climb through a mountain being chased by boiling hot water. The Space Wolves rucruit from young warriors who can be anywhere from 14-18 who prove them selves in battle (Wolf Priests stay hidden and watch most of the major battles on Fenris occasionally.

Thats one of the things that seperates the grey knights from the space marines, the grey knights get thier gene seed straight from the emperor, I don't think space marines do.

DarkElf27 yeah, lots of things go, thats what happens when 20,000 years go by, and you blow up most of the records of history... Ya, 20,000 years can be hard to record properly...well actually, its just mainly the Ordo Malleus refusing to hand out thier secrets...the emporers gene seed thing was just a rumor...it does seem considerably true though considering not a grey knight has ever turned to chaos. Secrets also keep things confusing. xp

DarkElf27 wash_away I just bought commander shrike to back up my emporer's champion so he wouldn't be alone, I didn't know he was for raven guard however. can I still use him in a black templar's army? also what way's do you do to keep from being over run by suppirior number's, I only have one assault squad and two termi squad's and get completly over run (most of the time) any help? Face it; with a SM asrmy, you'll ALWAYS be outnumbered. As to your question, you really need 2 or 3 tactical squads, and drop one of the Termie squads, they're VERY expensive, pointwise. Secondly, make sure your opponent has the same number of points in their force that you do. I know, I going to end up selling my termi's and getting the one's with lighting claw's but first I need to get tactical's and a land raider cruasaider (thank you bt)
