animeangel01 speaking of reeds, what kind of reeds r the best?? i mean, i use rico and another kind, but still, which one r the best?? Different people like different reeds, so you might want to try a few out to see which ones are the best for you. Personally, I like good ol' Van Doren 3 1/2s, although now that I mention trying out different ones, I might get a box of 4s next time just to see how they are... Also, I like the change of capitalization in the title. biggrin

linkfanatic My alto mouthpiece broke a few days ago, but thankfully, it made me convince my parents to get me an even better one. Selmer S80 C*. I haven't played on it yet, but from what I've heard, it's really good. I have the C* Soloist. My private teacher envies my mouthpiece. It's expensive though, $350. Most of my friends have the S80, and they really enjoy it too.

I have my favorites now and know what i like, but i'd like to get more(including ligatures) Oh and my sig image was made by somebody else and i dont know if she still is on Gaia.

I used Rico for a while but i think Vandorans are better.

Yays! I play tenor in my school's senior jazz band ;D I play lead :3 -nodnod-
I like the jazz/rock music we play, but it's kind of frustrating... YOU SEEE....
Our old band teacher, our beloved Ms. Prichard!!! Left O:! ONOES. Sooo...because she left...D wink in the senior band, which just, makes everything sound messy >___<; And our new drummer, -Because our old one quit...SHAME ON YOU D: YOU WERE SOOO GOOD BLAIN...you fail!- is in grade 9, and it's only his second year playing DX And I know...you gotta start somewhere, but for an experienced band, it's kind of...frustrating, when you know you have the potential to be better if...we dropped the less experienced people x_x; even if like...it turns out to be an ensemble jazz class because there aren't enough people for a proper band..y'know? OKAY LOL END OF WALL O' TEXT XDDD;
