yay for retrieving your naku, and beating pokemon. i beat mario&luigi superstar saga yesterday. xD
and i got horribly sunburnt saturday. moose came over after getting back from camp and we swam for a while, then we were like "you know what would make this more fun? floaties" so we went to walmart, bought floaties, and swam for another hour. so i'm pink and crispified.. and i can honestly say it never really hits you how heavy your boobs are until your bra has to cut through your sunburn to hold them up. i feel like i'm wearing sandpaper and not an ubercomfy cotton shirt. i totally couldn't sleep last night cause i kept rolling and hitting my burn and waking up yelling out in owieness. even my calves got burned, the bottom of my feet and the back of my hands too. it hurts so much.. i remember why i never really go outside anymore now.
rorek: you remember that summer lachelle and i went swimming every day and she slathered sunscreen on me so i had chemical burns and second-or-third degree sunburn? this hurts almost that much, just slightly more than bonnie's-wedding badly.. just because more skin got hit this time.

Oy. That sounds excruciating. I'm not looking forward to the frequent trips to the beach this summer as the last time I went, the ocean kicked my butt. It threw me around like a doggy chew toy. crying But I promised the Moose so.. I'll suck it up. razz

it is! i'd take pictures, but i'm at that vaguely lizardy stage where i'm half slimy and half scaley. xD it's my back and my boobs that still hurt the most, and slathering the aloe is helping with that a bit, but my shoulders are scabbing and cracking and blistering (most of which is due to rough treatment by the brastraps), and the bottom half of my arms feel mostly normal. my legs are still hypersensitive.
(happy mouse? no dolls, no pokemon xD can you relate now?)

it is, but i'm getting to that slightly less owie stage. i should be still pink but feeling normalish by the time we fly out tomorrow. my shoulders are peeling a little now, so it's possible i could look human (and slightly tan even) by the end of our vacation.

Also, the beach? Not so bad! 3nodding Went with TiChan on Friday and had alot of fun despite a sunburn. Went yesterday as well, with Nick too, and several of our friends and we all had good fun, till Ti took a wave wrong and ended up hitting her neck and back.
She's okay but gave us all a big scare, and made Nick and I worry alot. I'm glad she's alright. sweatdrop I think next time the waves are like that I'm just gonna play in the sand or go home outright. I'm rather lucky the same didn't happen to me.
