Yeah i dont do much either, but those Black Rock Shooter characters are just perfect for the monochrome themes. And using gradients in Illustrator, they come out so awesome biggrin
The character is White Rock Shooter from Black Rock Shooter ^^ Just seeing her in pictures and only watched one show of that series. Haven't read the manga or play the games yet.
oh, I'm not familiar with that series, I actually haven't watched any anime lately except attack of the titans, and that I left off at episode 18 because that's all they had when I was maranthoning it lol
Oh i did fanart of that recently too! XD Art Deco theme. The ending of that series was awesome ^_^ makes you go "waaaaaat!"

Day: sixty-eight Theme: nightmare
At night he dreamed about wounded birds-- wings dragging, broken and limp--and rusted nails; the screeching howl of metal scraping bone, fracturing and splinting; a thousand vermillion flecks peppering the midnight backdrop of his eyes.
They spilled from the fog of those hollow illusions, both truthful and deceitful, a cacophony of shifting and absorbing thoughts; jumbled apparitions formed from his poisonous imagination, scraping and clawing for control of his mind.
The rustle of feathers drew him deeper into the shadows, a clinging mass of countless memories lost in the span of time-- the days, weeks, months that had contorted his understanding, twisting it to a stumbling flow of seconds, blinding him to all else.
The dark spawned the vivid yet faceless demons of his childhood, fetid breath clogging in his throat as he gagged on the rotted clips and projections of his past, bringing with them broken and fragmented recollections of distant terrors.
He slipped, tumbled, lost himself as memories faded away, merging with the conglomerating masses of insanity that pressed against his mind; unraveling, crumbling, disintegrating in shadows, and at night he dreamed about wounded birds.
