"To create a gray world." Sub said as he walked up to the group, he had apparently went off to get something eat after they had arrived back at HQ and now approached the group after Ship had asked a very interesting question. "So to speak that is. Our goal is to protect the helpless, and rid the world of scum, but to also see to it that no one power rises to supremacy, however noble their intentions may be. Good nor evil, we are the gray in the middle, and so, we'll dye the world in those colors, an objective world where there is good nor evil, black nor white, a world where everyone can live out their own desires without biased. I think that should sum it up."

"So you would watch the watchers?" Ship asked, glancing back to Sub. "Wouldn't this then warrant that someone try to watch you?"

"...On second thought, what Sub just said is quite viable. I guess a mediation role would, in essence, sum us up in term only. As for anyone watching us, that seems to be the world at large in various forms." As Sub continued, though, Sol made a mental note to get himself out there rather soon. There was the matter of one experiment running around, after all. One he'd rather get to some sort of safety.

That Sub conceded this point put Ship at ease. But to know there was another group active conducting experiments on the unwilling put a chill in him. "I have -a- Pokemon already, but he's not used to fighting. It's a Ditto that has played the parts of different Pokemon to fit my different identities. If I'm going to help, I guess I'll need to become a better trainer?"

"A hybrid, at its core, is two things in one. I've heard of many being this way, dogs being a notable case. However, the closest thing to one around here are Pokemon like Growlithe or Houndour. Among us, it seems to be more related to ones such as myself or Ship there. Someone that has human genes as well as a Pokemon's. Or, in the case of a certain daughter of mine, genes from more than one Pokemon." Sol explained. "That's the most basic explanation to exist. To go in depth would be a difficult task, as would be saying whether or not it's a blessing or curse."

"Sub's right," Night said with a small nod, "But not necessarily a must. There are plenty of Hybrids here who are capable of dealing with things around here with or without their pokemon."

"Well, I know you're good at trickery, I speak from experience." He said recalling the incident in Sinnoh. "So that's a skill in its self. The battle experience will come in time however. Though, I must ask, who are you running from?"

Ship rolled his new Pokeball about his fingers. He had not expected this bit of charity from someone he had just met. He would need to thank Tsuki later.

"I'm...running from people who think I'm a threat to someone else's power just because I exist. It's a complicated mess and I'd really rather not get into it, lest you get dragged into it."
