Ellie wiped away the tears and looked at him and shook her head "love dont say that. you have no reason to tell me your sorry, so dont say that" she said and frowned a bit as she laid beside of him and hugged him a bit "i just wish i could help more"

(he has been taking the pills for over 9 months. so why does he seem a bit worse?)
Ellie thought for a moment, bad thing after what he said and she held back the tears as she said "what if you started taking them to late, i cant raise Lilly by myself love."

(he seems worse because until he gets better fully the pills and his will to live for ellie and Lilly are the only things keeping him alive because he should be dead by now)
Ryan smiles still in alittle pain "after all we have bean through together do you think I would leave you now Love?.... not even death can stop mefrom being with you and Lilly"
