Yaay.
I basically added a totally legit way to get 3rd RPCs! xD
And without balance!
The only downside is that they are restricted to one single area.
And lol, yeah! I don't have any Kage's..
If you don't count Luke, (my NPC character) my strongest RPC is just a Jounin.
