Jake stood and considered Zoe's words. " You are absolutely right. I am new here, but I've already started making new friends. I feel at home her, ya know?" Jake took out his guitar from its case, and began tuning it as he sat down on the lowest arena bench. Jake finished tuning, and then began to play AC/DC's "Thunderstruck". He switched to a lower tone and turned his attention back to Zoe. "I believe I have a way that both you and Luke could be right. He can use his karate to fight monsters if we give him some particular celestial bronze weapons. Are you familiar with a weapon called a cestus?" Jake finished his song, and his guitar began to glow. Jake held it out by its handle and felt it change shape. When the glowing stopped, Jake was holding a long single-bladed curved sword with a leather wrapped handle and a small but pointy spike at the end of the hilt. "Whoa!" Jake exclaimed. The sword felt like it was made for Jake, more like an extension of his arm than an inanimate piece of celestial bronze.

While none of the attention was on her Emily took of her glod star necklace threw it up and it transformer into her Black scyth. She started to destoy what was left of the dummies, Thanks to Gage.

Zoe listened to the song and smirked, humming along with it.
"Roman? Were Greek. Its not that I detest the weapon or anything, but it will only work if it is made of Celestial Bronze. Sorry to burst your bubble," she said before turning to Gage and her eyes went from narrowed to their normal size, and she smiled warmly.
"Im Zoe. Nice to meet someone with as much expiernce as me it seems. Though Ive never fought the Nemian Lion. But Ive had a good fight with a giant crab..... But never mind that. Thank's for some agreement on this. Ive never seen you around camp before, who exactly are you Gage?" She asked, tilting her head to the side and raising an eyebrow as she rubbed her silver ring, feeling the small Greek words ensribed in the silver: αύξηση ήλιοι έκλειψη, or to translate, Rising Suns Eclipse. It was her favorite weapon, besides her newly made Celestial Bronze bow, which reminded her to ask Lyra about taking it out of the Armory. But she would do that later. Now she was busy.

"Gauntlets, huh?" Luke said. He considered it for a few moments. "Mm, ok, but they'd have to be lightweight. And I'm not exactly sure just how heavy gauntlets of celestial bronze would be." He looked at Zoe when she commented on the plan. "Roman, Greek, is ther ereally any difference? If I recall corrctly, they both founded the basic military tactics we still use today."

"Yes, there is a difference. You should look in a History book every once in a while. But as I said, it needs to Celestial Bronze and nothing else, else it will not work. Get that through your thick skulls," She snapped in reply, thent urned back to Gage. Finally, someone reasonable.
"You havent been claimed yet? Im sure you will be soon," She said, studing him but couldnt think of a god he resembled.
"Ive been here for three years and I dont intend on leaving anytime soon. I remember the Hermes cabin...." She muttered the alst part and shuddered. She didnt like the cabin.
"Im one of Apollo's Daughter, Ive been here the longest of all my half-siblings. dont ask why I have a sword, its a very long story," She explained, smiling as she apped the silver ring on her finger and laughed when she saw his golden ring.

Gage squinted as he heard her talk about what can kill monsters"Well...There is Imperial Gold...but we dont use that. Anyways,Apollo eh? Makes you a pretty good dancer huh? And my ring,it was a gift from comy cyclops in Connecticut" Gage looked around,this arena had seen many battles and if what his protector had told him was indeed true he would be fighting many here as well

"History is my sleeping subject, thank you very much," Luke replied harshly to Zoe. He wasn't normally this rude, especially towards girls, but she was starting to get on his nerves. "But, like my friend here sad, the origin doesn't matter. The metal gauntlets will serve the dual purpose of guarding my arms and empowering my punches, which can only be a good thing. Anyway. Jake, should we go find a Hephaestus kid, or are we going to work on the cestus pair ourselves?"
