Yupp, they're like 22 and 24. The 24 year old is engaged too.

I've never been to a wedding before - have you?
Well, my school district started August 15, but I don't even move in to college until September 22 cool

Yeah, I've been to a few. I was even a flower girl in my aunt's when I was little. And I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my brother's.
That's not even cool. Have you talked to your dorm-mate already and arranged who's bringing what and stuff?

I just found out last night who my roommates are, and the website gave me their phone numbers... I haven't contacted them yet though, I'm a little nervous sweatdrop
Do you reckon I should text them first or call them first, just in case they don't have a texting plan?

I'd go with texting because most people have texting plans nowadays. Even if they don't you can get their email address or something.

Yes! One's a political science major, the other's a physiological sciences major. Right now we're debating whether or not to split the cost for a rented microwave+fridge.

...There are over 1000 people living in my residence hall. I'm in a triple, meant for a double.

I was wondering about the triple/double thing. I've only ever heard of people living in doubles or quads so three people seemed strange.

Really? That's interesting, because I've only ever heard of doubles, triples, and suites. How would quads work? 4 people in one room?

No, it just two double but they're connected by a bathroom. At least the ones I've seen are. It would be crazy if some places actually had four people in one dorm.
