Well, that narrows my squad choices to Squad 3, 6-10, and 13, which doesn't really help..
I guess I can cross out 8, 9, and 13 if I focus on a specialty, which leaves me with Squad 3 to be a rushing kind of fighter, 6 for more of a tactical kind I think, 7 for combining hand-to-hand with the elemental if it works, and 10 for an elemental.

squad 7 is the most active out all of them so I would go with them

Well the fist thing to do would be the starting making a character profile then choose a squad to apply to.

Nice dress. ^_~ And.. here is a list of what to do to start. 1.) Make a profile Here2.) Pick a squad that your character would fit into, and apply. The join threads are usually found in the respective forums. Also, if you are interested in making an arrancar, go.. HereHope that helps!

Hello all.
I live in Europe, in a place that you don't know [Guaranteed]. Remember, I'm not joking or something, but it's basically very small and well... new.
Either way, English is my second language so I might not recognize every single word, especially slang. English was passed on to me, I do not read or learn all the day, it's just 'talent' how they say.
My favorite character in Bleach would be Zaraki, and Urahara. This is, what? My second properly organized Bleach Guild. Unfortunately the other one died. I practically sent the request yesterday, but I'm not certain if it was approved the same day or not.
I'm actually having some problems in designing a character. I mean, a potential character. I guess the long way to Shikai and Bankai just makes you think for your best zanpakuto, which is one of the main reasons I joined. So, I'd ask help in simply giving me an idea of a zanpakuto and I shall work the rest from there. And, in choosing a squad. Help is appreciated, but you don't have to stretch yourself.

I thought I'd remind you that there are also Quincy and Arrancar to choose from if you go that way. Though I'm sure you already knew that.
If you want to do some idea bouncing then I'll help out if you so desire.
