Ketsueki found herself in a dead end. She looked around and suddenly saw Katrina, at least that's what she thought. She yelled her name, went to hug her but she faded away like smoke. It was nothing else but an image and her dreams had fooled her. She felt someone tapping her on the back and when she looked around she found Crade smiling at her who quickly jumped backwards to avoid any attack from her.
"I can make her live again... " He said seriously. "All you have to do is a little favour..."
Ketsueki's eyes filled up with hope and forgot about what the others told her about death and so naivily(sp) she nodded to him.
"Just bring me that anti-elementalist bracelet, the one that made you these scars and you wish to use it on the Quisidor... and I'll bring you Katrina back... and if you want... also Ancalander for your little new pal Auron... I'm a man of word even though I'm on the other side"
Ketsueki freezed at what Crade told her, not being sure of what she'd choose.

Endorph just sat on a roof, not too far away and started to hum a song. He sighed as he said, "Never again will I take advantaged of you guys again. It sucks that I can't play my guitar."

Crade got closer to Ketsueki and squizzed her cheeks with one hand.
"Don't worry dragon doll... You got the time to make your choice... Tomorrow I'll meet you here and I hope with the bracelet so that i can give you back the lost ones... if you don't have it... well.. that's another story.." He laughed as he let go of Ketsueki who ran away confused.

When Ketsueki made a turn to another street she ran against a garbage can an fell to the floor. She stabbed her claws in the ground as she left up her head covered in dirt biting her lips. I can't betray the group like this... but I want so much to Katrina to be back to life... Damn it... She thought before getting up and clean her face.

When Ketsueki noticed, she was close to the inn. She walked to it and leaned against the wall thoughtfull and sighing. I guess I can try to take away the bracelet and give it to Crade, get Katrina and Ancalander back, that would make Auron happy, and then try to take it back by killing him later... Yes.. that's a nice plan! But the others wouldn't understand it if I told them that... so I'm on my own in this...

Iregi looked at the town from back near the mountain pass. He did forget something and he wanted to watch the chaos. In her rage, Faraday started several fires and they were still burning. He shrugged and kept going. He'd be back before the morning or when they try to leave
