*the sudden voice causes vhi to go full demon, and slam the visitor to the wall by the throat, fangs mere inches from the arteries. after a second, vhi realises who it is, and sets mys down* sorry, mys. I am still in a protective frame of mind.

*the bar starts to shake as mara's fury builds* Mys. Touch my mother again, and the bar will be leveled. You know full well that she is protective. This particular event has set her into overdrive.
*Vhi's full demon form stands from the pool. eyes set with deadly intent* Do not make me kill you, mys. you are too good a friend.

*Vhi walks into the bar. behind her, mara and little saya are in tow. Saya now stands at 3 and a half feet tall, and can walk. she knows very few words, and her wings are still developing. Her eyes are lavender, but the whites are jet black. like nik's when he goes through demon form. However, she is in human form, without access to her demon side for a few years. Vhi gets the bar set up, while mara tries to teach Saya a new word*
This is a cup, okay? say it with me..cup
c...p...cip..... *saya's voice is very quiet, almost undeveloped. even though it is quiet, it carries across the bar as if she yelled. She has no raised her voice at all since she was born. She didn't even cry. she just fussed about until mara took care of her.*
*patiently*cup...
cip....ciup.....cup. cup!
*prasingly*Very good! now this is a plate.........

Genri walks into the bar "morning hunny, wow saya looks like she's doing well" a baby dragon was sitting on his shoulder "oh this little guy crash landed into me this morning, i'm guessing he was on his way here, since i can speak his language, he's here to be with saya"

*the trio looks at genri. vhi walks over to the little dragon* so saya's guardian has arrived, eh? well, he's cute. I'll give him that. *pets dragon's head*
Hi dad! howsit going?
*saya looks at the dragon on genri's shoulder, and starts to walk towards it. Her black and lavender eyes never moving from her guardian's form*
My guardian......my dragon....
*vhi and mara look at saya astounded* did you just hear that?! how does she know those words?!

"i'm just fine mara, how you holding up?" he looks and the surprise on their faces and laughs "your not the only ones that can teach her things, the dragon can talk to her through her mind, and only the ones that have been blessed by the dragons can hear it" he smiles

*saya turns to her mother* that is true mom. Thanks to this little guy, I now have a complete understanding of both our language, and that of dragons. But he does not seem to have a name.
*mara is suprised by her baby's sudden ability to speak fluently, but the shock is short lived* well, hun, he is yours to name. give him something memorable.
*vhi goes back to preparing the bar*
*saya thinks* um.......i dont know......
You have nothing?
I have never given a name before.
*vhi speaks from the bar* how about Omni? It means "all"
*saya smiles* that sounds nice, gramma. I like it. *turns to the dragonling* I will call you omni, okay?

He hovers into the bar, his wings and eyes in demonic form. "Good afternoon everyone." he walks over to Mara and gives her a hug and kiss, then kneels down. "And how's my little girl doing today?"

*mara and saya give nik a hug, and mara gives nik a kiss. Saya's happiness is etched all over her face, but her voice is still as quiet as ever* Daddy! My guardian came today! I named him omni, and he taught me all about this language, and the dragon language, too! Gramma Vhi said that omni means all. is that tru, daddy?
*mara chuckles* she sure seems to be talkative, today. but she hasn't been able to really speak until now.
*Small crashes and explosions are heard outside, all due to vhi's practice. She is in full-demon form, and has been practicing combat tactics for the past 4 hours. her willing opponent is a clone of herself. so far, she has gone through six clones, each stronger than the last. The one she is fighting is currently twice as strong as she is, but that has not made a bit of difference as an arm comes off in a flaming display of power* Is that nik? Tell him I said hi. I'm kinda.......mmmph....busy right....now!

He smiles and pats Saya's head. "Indeed it is true. I'm glad to see you've learned the dragon language, your dragon will have much to teach you I'm sure." He smiles and looks to Mara. "So the dragon taught her how to speak I see."

(sorry for the delay. I had a splinter jammed under my cuticle. I had to get it out)
*mara looks at omni, now playing with saya* yeah. She was learning how to say plate when genri brought him in. as soon as she saw omni, she spoke. kinda startled the hell outta me and vhi. but they seem to get along well. so, how was your day?
*visible through the back door, the clone of vhi goes flying by, blown backward by a bolt of thunder. the figure is minus three of its four limbs* Just a second nik. once I am finished with this one, *vhi streaks by the door, leaving black smoke in her wake* I will take a breather.

He laughs lightly. "Take your time Vhi." He looks back to mara. "My day was alright, been working on these powers. Seems I can manifest a certain degree of my power without penalty, as I am doing now." He smiles looking at the dragon and kneels down next to it, speaking in a strange language. "Now, you take good care of my Saya little one." He lightly pats its head. "So, how was your day Mara?"
