Itaka raised an eyebrow at Hayate "Private? Nah just had to get away a bit after things got tense in here" he said shrugging as he looked down at the map "Eager to get off this ship, half tempted to go for a nap to pass the time" he said trying to make sense of it "So when we drop off Gil we ain't far from our spot are we?" he said hopefully.

Oassu smiled at Felina "That's awfully considerate of you, I'd totally forgot about him at the time and didn't get him anything so good of you to do that, what did you get him?" he asked before sighing in agreement with Alpha "Yeah funny how we ended up doing the cooking, still don't matter, what kinda food is there in the desert?" he asked.

Mari smiled laying the sleeping tonberry beside her "Well we are going to the desert so you'd better get used to smelling dust and sand on everyone though I'm sure dwarves are nice, I've never really personally met one in any case so would be nice to see them sometime" she said

Felina smiled hearing the mentio of fruit "Well fruit is always nice though not sure about the rest" she mumbled putting the frying pan down to cool. "Maybe he will see through it but I am sure he would appreciate the thought. I just got him a nice long and flowy elven cape. You know since he lives in really cold temperatures plus gives him the chance to hide his wings under it" she explained.

Hayate shook his head "Close but wrong. We are actually more inland than that, though not by much. Though after this drop off we have to cross the rest of this land and go over the ocean so a rest may not be such a bad idea. We would have probably have been there in an hour if it wasnt for this detour in our round the world and back trip" he admitted.

Seph shrugged "Well with all the back and forth picking everyone up what harm could one more little sidetrip do right? Must have gone through a stack of fuel today. I dont know about timezones but I think Alpha mentioned we would get there at night. Guessing its timezone is ahead of this one unless its always this sunny"

Alpha nodded glancing down at the pan "Meh it will do I suppose. Its definately edible looking "Well with the plague I am guessing the place can hardly import anything so yes hunting is the main source of proper food. Half the challenge is knowing where to look. For example small plantations mean water which means more stuff will be around to hunt and more come out at dawn and dusk" he explained.

Hebal gasped surprised "You really don't know dwarven armour? Its like really really famous for its durability since great axes are such a common weapon with dwarves. Though two of three moogles would have had to carry all of Gils armour together hehe. Personally though I like to make light armour more than heavy armour so I doubt I will ever make a suit like Gil's though I can still make a really good suit. I still want to kit you out a little bit you know" she replied rubbing her hands together.

Oassu shrugged taking a small biscuit from a jar on the counter "Well I never done much cooking myself, we had like one or two people who called themselves cooks in the guild. Though really they specialised in gruel and lumpy gruel as their main meals." he said with a smile "Doubt you really had to prepare much meat before though Felina, kitchen work hardly seems like the kinda education a princess would have." he said crunching on his biscuit.

Itaka groaned "Yeah of course, arriving that late but we'll have only been up for half a day" he sighed shaking his head "I'm going to go work out a bit, perhaps I'll tire myself out enough so I can actually sleep when we get there" he said moving off towards his room.

Mari nodded petting Hebal's ears seeing her excited "Well of course you are welcome to kit me out in armour, that would be very kind of you. Especially considering my current armour is still borrowed essentially from my village" she sighed. "Plus it got a bit dented in that tournament, felt strange fighting in a big show like that, I mean we've had duels in my village before but it's always been conducted over matters of honour and not really for prize money" she said

Hayate shrugged "Well nobody likes long flights that much but at least you are sitting in a more luxurious airship. Could be all packed in on some tiny cargo ship with 50 people cramped into a room the size of your room. Thats what a lot of airship travel to the desert was like not too long ago. Though most of us didn't sleep much last night so will sleep well later. Had a few hours at most" he replied.

Felina shuddered at the mention of the word gruel "The servants have told me all the horror stories of how they had to have gruel before they were employed and given a perminant residence at the palace. You are right though, while it may surprise you some of the things I had to learn that was not one of them. Should have seen the disgust on my mothers face when she found out Hayate showed me how to skin a few animals."

Alpha snickered dismissing the flame from his hands since the waffles were all completed "Well good thing I suppose unless you are any of Felina's family who didnt want her wandering off away from home without a word for a couple of years rihght. You'll probably get the full works in wedding stuff if you have a full royal one.. Though ever thought of doing a private quiet one instead?"

Seph scratched her head in thought "Yeah I remember those crappy little airships though only time I went in one had to pay an arm and a leg just to stay on the deck all trip. Faster than a ship easily... how long were you on a boat before you got to Yithra back in them old days? Four months?" she guessed.

Hebal smiled managing to slide out a tape measure from her back pocket to begin measuring Mari's shoulders mid hug "Well maybe one day I can master making armour for people that have wings and get real famous that way. You never know" she suggested releasing Mari. "At the very least let me make a nice little robe for Sophia"

Oassu laughed happily at the idea "Oh don't be ridiculous, I ain't ever had a chance to live in such luxury so I'm not about to turn down a fancy comfy wedding with all the trimmings now" he laughed heartily "Too much fun to be had to have a quiet wedding." he added brightly.

Mari gasped as Hebal tried to promptly measure her "Uh perhaps you should wait for us to be properly ready before you go ahead with that thing" she said watching as Ivy flew off Mari's shoulder to avoid Hebal's arm bumping her off "Though sure I'm sure Sophia would like some new clothes but I didn't think you could make those, armour being your speciality. Surely Satoshi would be a better choice for robes or something like that?" she asked amused by Hebal's excitement.

"Oh the wedding ceremony doesnt have to be held in elvish and its not that different really to an Agralian wedding in format though given the choice I would rather the reception was at least just close friends and family. As far as the present part goes, who wouldn't enjoy watching half the nobility you dislike being forced out of duty to spend a small fortune on a gift for you" she added half seriously.

Hayate shook his head "Nope its always been a bad city for certain activities but only in one half of the place. The other half isnt very wealthy but its all nice and laid back. Though really I like most places that arent filled with sand and I can sleep in without worry of being robbed. Pretty much the exact opposite of where we are going" he sighed.
