Nyl sat on one of the couches, sipping some tea she had found already made in the kitchen. She noticed one of the newer students heading for the kitchen as well; if she remembered right, his name was Shiro.

Shiro found some green tea, which was perfect, because it was the same kind he had run out of. Funny how life is. Anyways, Shiro grabbed teh tea and a bit of sugar before heading up the stairs.

((Nyl just met him a few days ago. Plus, she's been here forever. Just about everyone is 'newer' to her.))
She watched him head up the stairs and shrugged. ...She also couldn't remember getting stairs.

Shiro entered his room and knelt down. He poured himself a glass of hot water and placed the leaves into it. He stirred it around a bit before taking a sip and getting changed into his traditional Hakama. It was a dark blue with little hurricane designs on it, forgetting he had left the door open as he changed.

Shiro pulled on his hakama and tied the belt before realizing that he needed a method to ignite his incense. He ran back downstairs looking for a lighter.

She watched him run back down the stairs again--still curious about the stairs--wondering what in the world he was running for.

Shiro rummaged through drawers looking for a lighter or a BBQ clicker. Shiro decided it wasn't there before wandering out into the main room and seeing Nyl.
s**t. Now what do I do?

She noticed him looking at her, so she waved a little.
"...Why are you running?"

Shiro smiled a little.
Great. Now this.
Shiro turned around.
"I'm looking for a lighter or something to light my incense with. Would you happen to have one?"
