Any chance we will see the jutsus soon?
As far as I understand it, the Mod team has been hard at work with making sure everything that is currently available to us has all of the wrinkles ironed out.
Demons, a simplification of the combat system, as well as many other things (including jutsu) are on the list as far as I know.
Just be patient. My suggestion is to come up with your own stuff in the meantime. If you need inspiration, look to video game and comic book characters. When I first started, I was a Kaguya with bone claws and a fighting style similar to Wolverine. Another member of Sand (who has yet to even do the academy post... ugh, I'll have to message the Swede again...) chose to base his character on Twisted Fates from League of Legends.
You could even take a currently existing Naruto character's combat style and tweak it to your liking. You could take Zabuza's, and by proxy Kakashi's, Water Dragon jutsu and just change the element. I plan to make a hidden in blood mist jutsu similar to Zabuza's mist jutsu.
Honestly, for the time being, making your own jutsu is the best option. In the future, it'll probably still be the best option since there'll be a group you'll have to visit and learn the official jutsu list from.
