Shuyin Shuyin was still following the president to find out his true intentions, his clear pyreflies hiding in shadows close to the ground as he flew along. After a little while of the president calling out for somebody specific, a woman came and attacked from above, easily taking care of the president's guards. Shuyin hadn't done anything because he cared little about that man..also what the woman said mad him curious, was she the 'nightmare' that he'd released? Answers would likely some soon, so the clear pyreflies stayed hidden, watching and listening.

ღLightning ☆ "Lightning. It flashes bright, then fades away. It can't protect. It only destroys." "There's a hate inside of me like some kind of monster I tried to save you, but I can't find the answer I'm holding onto you, I'll never let go I need you with me as I enter the shadows
Caught in the darkness, I go blind But can you help me find my way out?" Lightning had wondered into mysterious alley ways, not caring about what the darkness had in store for her. Every now and then she'll encounter a few drunks, whom of which were badly injured by just a few punches. This town... it gets worst and worst each step you take. Finally, she made out to a bridge that revealed the wasted landscape before her. Her left leg dangled off the bridge while the other sat against her chest. While she sat here, her mind would take her back to home, back to Cocoon and Gran Pulse. Serah... She scanned the area before plummeting her head to her knee, making sure that nobody else was around, for now her only true weakness was showing. In the front yard of the mansion, the Eidolon nudged Remygius playfully against the shoulder. Odin was in need of something productive to do, which was why his front feet began to moved back and forth against the snow.

( I need to make a post format for both Light and Marlene. B| ) Marlene "Sadness was the price to see it end." "So many times when the city seems to be Without a friendly face A lonely place It's nice to know that you'll be there if I need you And you'll always smile It's all worthwhile." A loud yawn retreated from her lips when the dreaming was over for the young girl. Her eyes were half-way shut as she peered around the room, wondering how on earth she got there. "Zola?" She cried out, then realized a thin sheet of paper next to her. After reading it, she climbed from the bed and hurriedly ran downstairs to see the progress from the day before. Seventh Heaven was one step away from being closer to Heaven. She reached out to grab a picture of Cloud, Tifa, Denzel, and her all together as a family. A tiny, yet meaningful smile spread across her features. "We're almost there, Tifa... "

(what a coincidence...) Zola finally came back to the abandoned bar. "Marlene?" he called out. "I have more paint..." It was so hard, finding a paint store. And getting food. Ugh...

Marlene "Sadness was the price to see it end." "So many times when the city seems to be Without a friendly face A lonely place It's nice to know that you'll be there if I need you And you'll always smile It's all worthwhile." Marlene swiftly placed the picture frame upon the counter and ran to Zola's side, helping him with the paint and food. "Yay! After lunch, Zola... can we finish this place like really, really fast? I'm so excited." Her tiny laughter was uncontrollable as she sat at one of the tables and began scuffing down whatever meal the winged man got for her. "Yummy!" The food was quickly disappearing by the seconds. It has been quite a while since she last ate a warm meal, due to Tifa's passing. Ever since then, her stomach would get upset by just the tiniest bite, though things were different now. She had to be strong, not only for herself, but for Cloud, Denzel, and everybody else as well.

"Sure, but how? Just painting?" Zola was curious as to how they were supposed to get all this done...

"So many times when the city seems to be Without a friendly face A lonely place It's nice to know that you'll be there if I need you And you'll always smile It's all worthwhile." The food was now gone as Marlene stretched her arms into the air, fully relaxed from the healthy meal. A puff of air flew from her mouth, a mere pout, due to Zola's questions. "It has to be done today! Or at least... the painting... it's not the outside that counts, it's what inside that really matters! Come on!" Running to a new canister of paint, she dumped the paint brush inside, then briskly coated the walls on the left side of the room. A quiet melody played on her tongue while doing so. "La de da doo fa so la... "

"Okay, we'll get the painting done today." he smiled lightly. Luckily, he got a roller for the paint to make the job easier for about thirty minutes. He started painting alongside Marlene. It was actually...pretty fun.

( It feels so weird playing a kid. =.= ) Marlene "Sadness was the price to see it end." "So many times when the city seems to be Without a friendly face A lonely place It's nice to know that you'll be there if I need you And you'll always smile It's all worthwhile." Time slipped by, and the walls were almost done. Marlene turned her head to look up at Zola and gave a big smile. "Almost there! People are gonna be so confused when they come inside. They'll think they're outside!" The joke made her giggle, but then it was cut short by his wings that caught her attention. The paint brush in her hand continued to coat the walls without her guidance, and unfortunately Zola's hand. "Ah! Uh oh.. I'm sowwies... "

(i do it sometimes in some other rps. it's fun.)
Zola felt something wet on his hand. He looked and it turned out to be the sky-colored goop they were covering the walls with. He decided 'Why not?' and drew a blue line with his painted finger on Marline's cheek, then his own. "There. Now we're both painted." he smiled.
(Oh, and Zola's wings retracted, they like, went back into his back already or something.)

Angeal spent the night in his room and awoke the next day with the simulation still on, he was still on the cannon in Junon in the same spot where him, Genesis, and Sephiroth were. He was covered in grease from where he spent his time the past few days building it. "I wonder what time it is." he said to himself as he pressed a button on the control remote he had made to power on and off the room. As he pressed the button on the remote the room made a whoosh noise and powered off. "Brings back old memories." he then left the room and started down the hall to the bathroom by his bed room with a change of clothes in his right hand and a towel in his right. Well time to get cleaned up he thought. Afterward he wanted to take Zack into the room to see what his reaction would be. Once he was in the bathroom he stripped down and got in the shower and washed himself off. (( DOWN FAN GIRLS DOWN DON"T MAKE ME BEAT YOU WITH A STICK!!!!!!!! lol)) Once done he dried off and left the the Mansion insearch of Zack, Aerith, and the Blonde spicky haired boy he saw the day of the wedding.

( My characters are mainly more adult. Usually a lot like Lightning. =.= I can't seem to post as much with Marlene. Blah. ) Marlene "Sadness was the price to see it end." "So many times when the city seems to be Without a friendly face A lonely place It's nice to know that you'll be there if I need you And you'll always smile It's all worthwhile." Marlene tried to spot out the line of paint on her face with her eyes. She even attempted to touch it with the tip of her tongue, but failed. "Aww. I can't see it!" She glanced up at Zola to point at his cheek, a wide grin spread across her face. "Hee-hee. We're twins now!"

"Yeah, I guess. We're almost done, right?" he asked. He didn't know how much longer he could stand working with bright colors...

( neutral I miss being young. Stupid 18th birthday, makin' me feel all mature and what not. gonk ) Marlene "Sadness was the price to see it end." "So many times when the city seems to be Without a friendly face A lonely place It's nice to know that you'll be there if I need you And you'll always smile It's all worthwhile." "Were you not listening! I said we're almost done, and we will be... right about... aww, I can't reach for it!" Her voice squealed as she attempted to reach a spot where the wall met the ceiling by hopping continuously. The ends of her lips formed an innocent smile as she glanced up at Zola, both hands clasped together in-front. "Can you fly me up there... pretty please?"
