I enjoyed The Grudge. It was amazingly well done.

It wasn't scary to me.. but then again Watching Stephen King stuff kind of got me over the whole scare factor. Plus i don't scare easily. I'm just startled easily.

AND IT SO DID TOO HAVE A STORY!! perhaps you weren't paying attention enough to see it.

....and The Grudge started off as a book in Japan, It's a trilogy series, hence there being 2 other Grudge Movies being re-made in America, based of their Japanese original counterparts!

Same with The Ring, and another one they're working on called in America One Missed Call.

My Japanese Professer informed our class of that, when he had us listen to the Japanese theme for that movie, sung by the leading actress of the movie. (japanese version obviously)

.........you need to re-watch the movie, and actually PAY ATTENTION.

They explain how it's a grudge, not just hate or a curse. It wasn't about the HOUSE, it was about what happened IN the house.

The grudge would go after anyone who went into that house, because it was disturbing it's peace or whatever.

Dreamcatcher Disturbed me.. didn't wince, freak out.. of course i read half the book so i knew what to expect.

Rose Red, and the Diary of Ellen Rimbauer.. very very creepy.

Kingom Hospital was amazing.

Carrie the original 1976 version, also John Travolta's first movie.. was TERRIBLE!! they ruined it.

I haven't seen the remake or the sequel for that one.

Um Storm of the Century was really good.
The Stand, Really good.

I forget the rest of the ones i've seen ionly i think those are the only one's i've seen.
