Wantcookie J of The Wind Wantcookie So, I'm reading Dante's Inferno for school, right? And I realized something. Some of the bosses from FFIV were named after demons from the Fifth Pouch of the Eighth Circle of Hell. The Four Fiends (Scarmiglione, Cagnazzo, Barbariccia, Rubicante) and Calcabrina, for starters. Oh wow. I knew it. Something just told me. My friend said something similar... I thought he was a crazy crazy man... You know the optional boss, Geryon? The one that's just the Four Fiends stitched together? Yeah, Geryon is the name of this giant beast that carries Dante and Virgil to the 8th Circle. Almost every summon, boss, and storyline place in Final Fantasy games was either blatantly ripped off or heavily inspired from somewhere else. It's interesting if you knew the refs ahead of time, but, finding out backwards, you feel a little cheated..

First Fish dumps me, now AK isn't here to support me when I need him! Why don't my relationships ever work out! I guess I am just not cut out for family life. When J is 18 I am returning to my life as a mad scientist. You want to see stretch marks? Wait until I "stretch" somebody into a 75 foot tall steel plated genetic abomination! THEY WILL KNOW MY PAIN.
That should totally be the origin of a supervillain. Transvestite mad scientist who hates the world.

Owwin First Fish dumps me, now AK isn't here to support me when I need him! Why don't my relationships ever work out! I guess I am just not cut out for family life. When J is 18 I am returning to my life as a mad scientist. You want to see stretch marks? Wait until I "stretch" somebody into a 75 foot tall steel plated genetic abomination! I'm thinking that being a scientist is a much better career choice than being the town slut.
