We already did(This is keeping my bro up too). The super said that he shouldn't be keeping other people up and so he will put some kind of note on the guy's door saying to pipe down. He also said he would stick around for a few minutes to see if he could hear it in the hallway. If he could then he would knock on the guy's door. But since the guy's still talking downstairs I'm assuming nothing was done short of a paper on the door...
