He stood up with a bashful smiled and brushed the snow from his jacket. He spotted Ukaia and smiled, "I knew I had the right place!" He said triumphantly. He pulled a scroll from his pocket. "Are you Miss Rhiannon Uehara?" He asked, squinting to view the ornate ancient writing in the moonlight.

Trina merely stood there, mildly surprised. The boy didn't look like a threat..."She was just born..." She said dumbly, blinking.

Ukaia blinked a few times then clapped laughing delighted
"Lookieeee!! A talking bird!!!"s he said delighted and then began petting the angel
"Nice birdie" she said purring happly

Arlen looked up, wondering what all the ruckus was about. Well, he could leave it to Ukaia and Trina for now, he had to look after Lily first. Standing up, he grabbed the rest of his sandwich and shoved it into his mouth before scavenging around the room for a pad and pen. Once found he walked over to Lily and placed them infront of her, pushing her food out of the way to do so. "Tell me what's wrong," he said firmly, tapping on the pad to make sure she knew she couldn't get away with an I can't talk excuse.

Trina blinked at Ukaia's reaction. She had seen Trina's wings before...knew what they were...maybe she had forgotten that too. "Er...sorry" She says giving the angel a smile. It was kind of funny.

"Hrrm!" The angel stumbled back a little, "Careful, I just got them... It, t-tickles." He said, stepping forward. "She was just born?" He held up his scroll again. "Let's see... Name... race... Ah! Date of birth... March sixth, two-thousand seven... Ah! So you're right!" He chuckled nervously. "Okie dokie!" He pushed open the door and stepped inside.

Lily gave him a stricken look when her food was pushed away, and her stomach rumbled loudly in protest as well. Then she took in the look on his face, and her ears fell again. She nodded, then took up the pen and began to write quickly.
Can't get warm, or full. Can't talk, and everything aches. Having weird dreams. But don't worry. She looked up to him and handed him the pad, nodding.

Arlen sighed and hugged Lily to him, setting the pad and paper to the side of her food. "Of course I'm going to worry," he whispered to her. "BUt I'm going to help instead of whining about it."

Lily hugged him back, watching as the angel came in, trailed after by Ukaia and Trina, and blinked. Then she kissed Arlen's cheek before pulling back, reaching for her food again.

Arlen pulled up a seat next to Lily and gently put his arms around her so she could eat without a problem. Seeing the small parade he began to alternate his attention between Lily and the angel.

He stepped inside and approached Kaia and Tomo, nearly asleep on the couch. He held up the scroll and read it off. "Congratulations Rhiannon Uehara. The council has noticed your progression and has viewed your aid in reviving the soul of angelic blood before its scheduled death date and would like to begin formal training immediately. Since you are under the legal consent age in your terrestrial area, you may bring a parent or assigned guardian of your choosing to assist you. Acquiring your certification is a rewarding blah blah blah blah..." He looked up.
"What? But she was just born?" Kaia said, sitting up strait.
"Don't worry," The angel assured her, "It will only seem like a few days here on Gaia." He sighed, "I know you want to spend time with her. It doesn't have to be immediate, just... We're ready when she is." He smiled a little, "She is quite beautiful."

Lily leaned against Arlen as she ate hurriedly, unable to do anything else. When she was done, she was more full than she'd felt for awhile, so she relaxed a bit, turning her attention to the others after crawling into his lap, cold again. At hearing the words of the angel, she blinked, almost interested.
