The Rock walks down the hall listening to some of John Cena's rap. "This is some pretty good stuff. The kid is on the role to fame around here. He walks to the training room to lift weights.

Rock got into the grove and bust out a Harlem shake on acident. "Where did that come from." He took off the headphones and put is cd player down. The Rock got into the practice ring. He stretched a bit and pulled on the ropes a little and got loose.
