Wow, missed alot.
Hey I noticed hyuugas don't seem to have a weak side, they could be considered god modders aswell, I meen only 3 cp and they are imposible to hit.
When spots open I am getting mine!!
Oh and when is narutos birth day?
*Looks to the sides as he gets closer to proto. Gets closer and places mime cloth and make up on. Holds a huge knife on his hand. Sneaks from behind and jumps up.* Proto doesent have a life!!!!!!!!! *Runs away to the safety of a place without proto and pats.*

Hm...logically speaking, if you are a high enough level and was diligent in training the chakra ability area. I think we use more chakra, too... O.o
My first character, a Hyuuga Genin...got beat up by a Genin (Rin's Sakeme) of the same level. Her chakra mod. was terrible. xDD

if it's an extreme crazy jutsu it will be a kinjutsu and no one can start with kinjutsu razz
ugh oh yea i forgot that rule was in the new jutsu list... some village jutsu pending. Ew.. can't be bothered to move it now. if you're curious it's in the archives somewhere with capital letter title. Just a different way of organising them.
anyway i'm off, it's late here and tomorrow is chemistry day. -_- chemistry mock papers here i come! i hate you electrolysis/electroplating/anodising aluminium/blah blah blah and organic chemistry/polymerisation/complicated looking structural formulae! -_-
