Seeing her tears, he shook his head slightly. "No no, don't cry. It's just, I don't want to lose you, or any of your sisters, to a fight that doesn't actually concern Keros." As she hit the note of different orders, it hit him that they will need different orders. Looking down at the ground for a moment, then back at her, he sighed. "You have a good point. I'm more worried about you though. Your shoulder, it won't fully heal in one week. If I could, I'd rther have you in some other Syrian town, but I can't just ship you away like that." Looking into her teary eyes, his hands moved to her cheeks. "I can't lose you. You mean everything to me. You're closer to me than my dad, my brothers, closer to me than my own kingdom. You're my life. You and Syrva. The two things I hold dearest. I just can't lose you."

"And how do you think I feel?! You're my life and if something goes wrong out there, all I have is a memory of you! And I can't handle that! You are so important to me Roran! And like it or not, this marriage makes Syra part of my life too and it is part of my responsibility to protect! I don't care about my shoulder Roran! If this assassin thing doesn't stop then there is a chance that I will never heal and I'll just keep getting hurt! I want to help stop this!" She said as she looked at him tears now falling down her face. "Please Roran. It's not like you can just lock me and my sisters in our rooms and hope we stay there. It won't work like that. We will find ways to get out and fight."

Xander had heard enough of the strategy to know what to expect. Walking out the room, he decided to get some rest.
As Rico was about to continue looking for Xander, the very person walks down the hall, "Prince Alexander! I've been looking for you." Rico was relieved he'd finally showed up. Walking to him he placed on hand his Xander's shoulder and whispered something.
"Princess Erika, this is Prince Alexander." Rico introduced Princess Erika to Xander, "Prince Alexander meet Princess Erika." And introduced Xander to Princess Erika. Bowing to both royalty he left the hall.
Xander was surprised by suddenly meeting Princess Erika. His thoughts were occupied with tha assault, he didn't prepare for this.
"Pleased to meet you, Princess. I deeply apologize for keeping you waiting all this time." His face still had this confused and surprised look.

As she began to speak, he didn't dare intterupt her. He didn't want to be rude. As she finished, he sighed. Once again, she was right. Damnit. Wiping away her tears, his spoke softly, just above a whisper. "Okay." Holding her closer, he closed his eyes for a brief moment. "Again, you are correct. I don't ever want you hurt. Not now, not ever. If this assassin thing doesn't stop, you will keep getting hurt. I.....I suppose you should fight. Just promise me, promise me you won't do anything foolish. If I end up hating myself for letting you fight," he fell silent, unable to say the rest of it. With one hand, he wiped more of her tears away, and cleared her face of any hair. Leaning closer to her face, he pecked her lips. "Just promise me that. I don't want to see you more hurt than you are," pecking her lips again, he changed the kiss to be a passionate one. If she did die in this battle, or if he did, he wouldn't be able to see her, kiss her, touch her, or just be with her anymore. Now that they might end up dying, he wanted to spend as much time as possible with her, without getting in the way of her daily jobs.

"Thank you. I promise I won't do anything foolish. Now you won't have to deal with me sisters trying to fight either. I just don't want to lose you. I will have to lead a part of my army, and so will my sisters. But we know how to be careful." She told him.

"I'm sure you can be careful," he smiled. Looking around, his gaze slowly returned to her. "So, what shall we do? Your sisters are around here somewhere." Roran still didn't know Hector was back. He had to be coming soon though, for he would need to be here for this upcoming battle.

"Why don't we go walk around the castle?" Amaya asked Roran as she smiled gently at him. "Or we could work on your dance." She said as she giggled a little.

"Hmmm, both sound fine. It's just, by 'your dance', did you mean the one I need to learn, or the one I need to teach you?" Looking her up and down, he smiled. "Because if you mean the one I need to teach you, you will need to change clothes, or just rip up this dress."

"Well, first," he began blushing, unsure how to go about doing this. "Well, the top is supposed to go down and stop just above your breasts. Then, well, the entire middle portion will have to get cut off, except for the sides. At the sides, oval shaped strips of fabric will be cut out, but the sides are what connects the top and bottom. But your stomach and back will be shown. Then, well," he stopped, blushing even more. "I-in the middle of the top, right between your breasts, well, another oval shaped cut out will be made, going vertical, instead of horizontal. B-but you won't need to wear anything like that until you actually perform the dance. For right now, you may just want to be in a skirt and a T-shirt, since you're only learning."

Amaya blushed after hearing what she needed to wear but didn't do anything, simply smiled and kissed his cheek. "Alright. I'll be right back." She told him before she slipped into her room and changed into a short dress that didn't have any straps and closely fit Roran's description.

Sitting down with his back against a wall, he closed his eyes. Remember Roran, she will have to learn this sooner or later. Yes, it would have been nice if it was after you've, well, spent a night closer together than you have before, but it won't. You're going to teach her now. You will probably get turned on, you have to ignore it. Even though you love her, don't let the seduction blind you. All you're doing is teaching her a dance. Just a dance.

"I'll be fine. As long as I take care of it nothing will happen to me. I've done a lot of training with broken bones. Nothing I do is going to put any stress on the wound." She told him as she kissed his cheek. "Plus with all the battles I've been in recently, not like anything worse can happen." She said as she laughed a little.
