(( No thanks. I haven't watched the show enough to RP them. xD ))
"Okay, thank you," MItsu added before finding her way to the bathroom. She helped herself to four Full Restores, hoping that Norman wouldn't mind. First up was Ivy, who was completely exhausted. Not botherign to move to a different room she sprayed the potion onto the Ivysuar. He perked up almost immediatly. "Thanks for putting up such a good fight Ivy," Mitsu said patting him on the head. "Rest for a bit now, you deserve it."
She recalled him before sending out Zyphyr. "Looks like you're missing a few feathers," Mitsu chuckled before gettign a head full of beak. "Ow! Hey!" Mitsu said rubbing her head a bit before spraying the Full Restore onto the Pidgeotto. "Res t up pal. Thanks for pulling though for the win."
She recalled him as well before releaseing the star of the gym match. "Heya Ebony!" Mitsu said smiling, "You really pulled it off there." She sprayed the potion on him, he looked better already. "Thanks," she said giving him a hug. Deciding it was a perfect time to pull a practical joke he turned himself into a ghost and Mitsu fell right though, her skirt flying up a bit. "Ebony!" Mitsu half cried half laughed quickly picking herself up. The Gengar laughed before retuning himself into the Pokeball.
Last but not least Mitsu threw out Karri's Pokeball standing up to be around her eye level. "Thank you, and I'm sorry," she said giving the Pokemon a big bear hug. "I shouldn't have made such stupid mistakes." It's fine, we won. Karri asid then added. Just next time don't be such a klutz ok? She sprayed the Full Restore on herself before Mitsu recalled her. She cleaned up the small mess then stepped outside of the bathroom.

Keegan sighed, and looked at his bleeding, throbbing finger. "She bit me, Diana," he said, trying to keep his voice calm. "Bahamut bit me. You've really gotta teach her that biting things outside of battles is not a good idea." Still grumbling to himself, he stalked out of the common room of the Pokemon Center and towards the bathroom, not caring that he was dripping blood all over the place. Once he made it inside the bathroom, he slammed the door shut, leaving a red smear on the door near the handle. Deciding to clean it up after he finished cleaning his wound, he quickly did his best to wash it up before snatching a paper towel and wrapping it snugly around his finger to stop the bleeding. The entire time he did not look up into the mirror even once; he really didn’t feel like facing himself at the moment.

((SCORE! At least I can RP Jaeshan for a while. I wonder how much longer it should be before my eggy hatches....)
"Did I come at the wrong time or something?" Jaeshan asked quietly, watching Keegan disappear down one of the hallways. The orange egg wriggled in his lap, and he touched it gently and smiled. Inside this egg was his very own Torchic. He glanced up at 'Diana', wondering if he should try to start a conversation or something to help pass the time. "So, have you uh, known Keegan long?" he asked, trying to keep it simple.

((Edited.)) Watching Keegan stalk out of the room in confusion Dante looked down at his pokemon who was looking at him happily. "Did you really bite him?" He asked. Not really expecting an answer he riffled through his bag until he found a pack of gum. Tossing it at Bahamut who caught it in her mouth and proceded to eat it paper and all. "Chew on that but don't swallow." He instructed. The bug like pokemon just smacked happily on the chewy substance. Problem solved Dante decided not to follow Keegan this once, he seemed to be a bit mad at him at the moment.
Hearing the voice of Jaeshan next to him he glanced over and gave a slight smile. "Not really, I meet him earlier today in Lavaridge town. I decided to follow him here. That and the fact that I need the Giga Drain TM." He said easily.
Looking out the window he realized how late it was but shrugged. He had to vist the pokemart befor he challanged the gym leader and those were open at all time's. " I am going to go to the Pokemart, wanna come?" He asked politely. Pulling out a notepad and scribbling a note down with a pen he signed his fake name down at the bottom and placed it where he had been standing befor. "Come on you nut case." Dante said waving his hand to for his kooky pokemon to follow him and headed out of the pokemon center doors.

"If you are ready then," Miharu nodded slowly, looking down at Tingle. The Metang had fallen asleep and was snoring peacefully. Wordlessly Miharu held up its Poke Ball and recalled it, clipping the sphere back into place. She took one last glance at the sign pointing to the gym, but decided against it. Once she managed to defeat Bugsy, she would return to Goldenrod to challenge the leader here. She stood up, waiting for Rin to take the lead. She was often very quiet and passive when with other people, usually allowing others to take the lead. "Whenever you're ready," she smiled at Rin.

"Ah, I see," Jaeshan nodded, looking at the dragonfly happily chewing the gum. He thought for a moment, remembering all the reading he'd done before he slipped away to Kanto. "That's right, there's a gym in this town," he nodded, pursing his lips. He glanced down at the egg, and stroked it. "Erika, I believe. Uses grass types." Maybe someday you can help me out with that gym, little one, he thought, still staring down at it.
He shook his head, and looked up at 'Diana'. "No thanks, I have to wait here so I can pay Keegan for the egg. I can't be spending all my money on other stuff right now." He smiled and waved politely as she turned to leave, still oblivious to the fact that Dante really was a boy.

Having cleaned his mess in the bathroom, Keegan sighed, resting his hands on the sides of the sink and staring down into the drain. "What next?" he sighed, burying his face in his hands, ignoring the pain that was shooting through his right hand. He really hoped he wouldn't have to sign his name or anything anytime soon. He regained his composure, and finally stole a glance from the mirror. He frowned at his reflection, hoping it was just the red hair that made him appear so pale. His black eye was fading quickly, much to his pleasure. He turned to leave the bathroom, and took a deep breath as he unlocked the door and went back out to where Jaeshan and the nurse were both waiting for him, the latter with an armful of bandages and other medical supplies.

(( I'm just going to assume that it's morning and we skipped nighttime. >_> ))
"Sure," Rin said following Sakura though the town and back out the exit. "It's a good thing you're with me Sakura. I'd be hopelessly lost by now." She gave a soft laugh before watching the Butterfree flutter on. It wasn't neceessarily true. The new city was unfamiliar to her, but once she had a good look around it would all be stored away in her memories. In a matter of minutes the two had made it to the forest's entrance, or exit, depending on whichever way you were coming or going. "I'm guessing we should find that tree. Once we find it I'll call my sis," Rin said stepping through the doors and into the damp Ilex Forest. She took a deep breath, she loved this place. Sakura fluttered about fliting though trees an around flowers, this had been her first home when she was still a young Caterpie.

((Yeah, for the sake of our sanity, it's the morning of the 24th. smile )) Miharu felt a certain sense of familiarity herself as she once again set foot in the forest, even though she'd only seen this part of it the once. She breathed deeply the scent of fallen foliage and pine trees, liking the sound her feet made as she walked over the fallen needles. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw movement. Quickly turning her head, and nothing more, she spotted a group of bouncing rocks heading into the hollow of a tree. On closer inspection, they weren't rocks at all, but a group of Exeggcute, chattering to each other as they found their way into their nest. "Did you see the Exeggcute?" Miharu asked, Rin, tugging on her sleeve like a small child would. Suddenly realizing what she'd done, she quickly withdrew her hand, looking a bit embarrassed. "Yeah, you'd better call your sister," she mumbled, trying to change the subject.

The rain continued to pour in that particular area, but looking at the sky through the heavy drops as best she could, MA could see thatthe storm wasn't too vast. Another mile or so and they should be out in the clear. . . She hadn't thought of the clouds moving with her, though, since the wind was certainly 'following' her in the same direction.
Houndour hated the rain, apparently, enough that he even consented to enter his Pokeball for a while. Although he was fine with being in the device, he was known to prefer the open spaces and fresh air much better. So, for a while, MA ran through the rain alone, that endurance that she gained through the years of helping her mother farm their surprisingly time-consuming fields keeping her going. But even she could feel the wet and cold beginning to n** into her limbs; she couldn't keep going too much further, and the storm clouds above didn't seem to want to clear up at all.
From within the Pokeball, Houndour could feel vaguely that they were slowing down; without being called for, he let himself out again. "Arf," he barked, his voice a warm relief to the girl who had heard nothing but the splattering of rain and mud for the last half an hour. The little dark-type Pokemon glanced around, shaking off the wet in vain, only to find himself drenched again. He did manage to spot a cavern nearby, though, half-hidden by vines -- Houndour's eyes were sharp, after all, even with the darkness that made the day feel like night.
Nudging MA along, he headed her towards shelter, impatient barking when she slid and fell. How much could this girl fall down, anyways?

Jaeshan gave another little wave, unsure of how Keegan was feeling at the moment. He seemed a bit calmer, although he didn't want to chance upsetting him. "Your girlfriend went to the PokeMart to pick some stuff up," he said, pointing to the door. "And the nurse wants to have a look at your finger." The egg wiggled in his arms, and he looked down at it expectantly, giving a bit of a disappointed sigh as it stopped.

"Phew. I'm glad we found this place."
Houndour nudged MA haughtily, as if to remind her that it was /he/ who found this cavern to begin with.
"Right, right," she laughed, leaning back against the cavern's wall; the fatigue could be seen in that girlish smile, though, even if it was dark. She needed this rest for a little while; maybe the rain would even stop for them in an hour or so.
Suddenly, though, Houndour emitted a deep growl from his throat, rumbling threateningly. "No, I know, you get the credit --" He suddenly pushed her aside, having them both narrowly avoid a darting black object that whooshed by, and spun upwards again.
A dark feather fell on M.A.'s head, and she held it up curiously, not before giving an appreciative look at Houndour -- a look he totally ignored, now totally focused on that flapping sound from that previous object somewhere in the pitch-black cavern. It's so dark, I can't see a thing yet. . . MA thought. In another moment, though, her eyes adjusted to the darkness.
The Pokedex apparently picked up on the mysterious Pokemon as well. "Murkrow, the. . ." it droned on, but Mary-Anne didn't listen beyond that. Didn't these birds have a bad reputation for being pretty sinister? And they stayed in groups, didn't they? Uh-oh. We must've stumbled into their hide-out! Houndour growled darkly once more, ears twitching at the flapping sound, which was growing louder and louder as the first Murkrow's companions began to come forth from the heart of the cave.

"Hm?" Rin said feeling a tug on her sleeve. She merely smiled as Miharu changed the sugject. Deciding not to push it she played along, "Sure. It'll be just a sec." Taking a few steps away from Miharu and Sakura she flipped open her Pokenav and seleted Rosa from the speed dial list. "What do you want now?" an irratated voiced asked without a greeting.
"Hello to you too Risa," Rin said with a slight roll of her eyes even though her sister could not see it. "Can you come to the Ilex forest again? I left something at home and now I can't get back," she lied.
A clearly displeased groan came over from the other line. "You at the tree?"
"Mhmm. I am."
"All right then I'll be there in a sec," she said. "I just made it past Goldenrod too," she mumbled to herself.
"Sorry!" Rin said before her sister had hung up.
A few moments later an Altaria crashed though the trees overhead. Risa hopped off even before the Pokemon could land. Tossing out another Pokeball she commanded the Meowth to use Cut. "It's a low leveled one I caught earlier," Risa explain before recalling the Pokemon away. "Look, I'm not going to cut this tree for you anymore. If you want to get though I suggest you beat Bugsy, all right?"
"Okay," Rin answered. Risa messed up her hair a bit. "Take care kid." she said showing a slight sign of affection before taking to the skies once more on her Altraia not having even noticing Miharu or Sakura. Rin turned back to the two, "Looks like we have a way though now."

The rustle of feathers and flapping itself began to echo in the cave, and with flashes of ember from Houndour, Mary-Anne felt rather like she was in some twilight zone. Dark, light, sound, silence, and that eerie "laughter" of those Murkrow. . . She began to inch herself to the cave's entrance, hoping Houndour would do the same, but was cut off short by one of the more malicious birds. Mischieviously taking advantage of MA's ignorance, it suddenly appeared with an Astonish attack, not inflicting a terrible amount of damage, but causing her to flinch long enough for it to peck at her chest, stealing away the precious necklace Michael had given her in secret before she left. "Hey, wait, give that back!" The Murkrow, attracted to the shininess of the metal, however, had little intention to do so, and flapped away to the darkness in the cave.
The other Murkrow didn't seem to want to leave, however. Rather, they seemed offended that MA and Houndour had intruded in their home; from the look in their sinister eyes, they weren't about to go in peace. Houndour, however, ignored them; instead, getting kinda pissed that some Pokemon would dare attack MA -- not so much because that he cared for her yet, but rather because it seemed to him that it totally ignored him -- began to chase after that particular Murkrow. . . The others swooped after him, slamming into him; as he was indeed retreating, the Persuit attack was uber effective.
So this is why Ms. Norwen figured it'd be best to travel with people, other than some company. . . I don't even have any other Pokemon to help Houndour with! Mary-Anne thought desperately, running to Houndour's side. The little puppy was off his feet and breathing heavily; five attacks from stronger Pokemon certainly didn't go with him well. Oh, no. . . oh no oh noohno! Somewhere in the girl, the worry flashed through that he might never trust her at all now; she couldn't even keep him safe, and that haunted her so. . . But first and foremost, she had to get them out of there somehow. Houndour didn't look so good.
The Murkrow began to peck at her immediately, though, the moment she got close. Putting her arms up to protect her head, she continued anyways. It was her fault Houndour got so hurt, she convinced herself, and her concern for the poor pup overrode the situation.

This hurts. . . How do Pokemon take all these attacks? MA groaned in her head, shooing away the birds as best she could every inch to get close to Houndour; they wouldn't stop pecking, pecking, pecking! Once she was next to the pup, she nearly fell to the ground as her knees buckled heavily and she could hardly breathe. At least they've left him alone, since they've been distracted with me, she thought. With one last desperate move, she swung her arms around like a windmill, cringing when she felt herself hit a few Murkrow but knowing that it was really the only way. They dispersed the way she hoped they would, and using the moment to her advantage, she scooped up Houndour and made a run for it.
The Murkrow, outraged, flew after her immediately, now using their retreat as an oppurtunity to use a power-uped Persuit. Their bodies glew with a murky light as they continued to throw themselves upon the trainer and her Pokemon. How could the entrance seem so far. . . ? Houndour, bruised up pretty badly, cracked open one eye, softly whining with pain. "Don't. . . Don't worry, Buddy. We'll make it," MA panted to him, sprinting now with what she had. She was still rather tired from running in the rain before, and now with the persistent beating of the Murkrow, but she wouldn't let them get them, not when Houndour was in such a state!
As for Houndour himself, he couldn't help but wonder why MA would take so much for him. He'd been nothing but a pain to her for the last year, causing trouble and never really appreciating anything she or her family did. But there wasn't much to do just then. He could barely stay conscious, after all.
