I might dab into a Slanneshi champion and use his combat drugs and a greater weapon.

Well, I plan on just going 500 pts if any at all. I want to make a close combat army, and Im thinking of doing khorne. I might just make him nurglified and give him a manreaper or something, nurgles rot maybe? I dont know about giving him a retinue, or chosen, it could get expensive, and thats why Im not going to use a chaos lord. I just want to make a fast and deadly close combat specialist that will ruin whole squads of people.

Slow. This list is WAY too slow. Granted, you have 18-21 power armored models, but for an assault list, the only thing that's going to make it to assault is your Lt. Your foot sloggers are going to be shredded by shooty lists, and assault lists will get the charge on you. I suggest either making your CSM's shooty, or mounting them in Rhinos to get them to the fight.

As for your Lt... well, I think he's alright, but he could be better. I'd swap D. Flight for something faster, like D. Speed or a Bike, and give your Lt. a Power Fist instead of Lightning Claws, since you have no Anti-Tank/Anti-Monstrous Creature. Of course, if you want to guarantee the charge, you could always give your Lt. D. Speed and Infiltrate. It's horrible for shooty armies, and considered by more than a few to be cheesy, but it works.

Lt delivers first-turn charge with 6 s5 lightnig claw attacks, and with T5 is pretty much safe vs s3 hordes like guard, orks or eldar. CSM are getting there soon after him, and have meltaguns to deal with bigger critters or vehicles. You can make this even cheaper by taking Alpha Legion with cheaper infiltration smile

I hate to ask this, but it seems I must... do you actually own any Warhammer rulebooks?
