Ishizu bit her bottom lip, gazing steadily at Ryou. Bakura said that he could kill Ryou-- most likly by telling the boy how screwed up his life was-- and making Ryou commit suicide, while Bakura just constructed another body. That was cruel, and Ishizu refused to let it happen. But, as she stared at Ryou, she didn't notice any strange behavior so far. No cringing, doubtfulness, anything. He almost looked relieved. Ishizu's gaze slid over towards Atem, who she remembered seeing hug Ryou. Or just pulling him away, she couldn't be sure. Still, did that mean anything, or was it an act of proctection?
Clearing her throat to be noticed, Ishizu spoke up, her voice crackling slightly. "We really need to get Khalid out of the snow. He can't go back to the hospital; they're probably thinking he's dead and are looking for a missing body, seeing as he just up and walked out of there. Let's go back to Kira's place."

Kira nodded and walked over to khalid picking him up "Alright."
Rei smiled then started laughing as copy snatched the apple from his hand running twards her bedroom "You Little Thief!"

Yugi nodded, and since he was still near Khalid, struggled to help carry Khalid. Since he was so small, he found it near impossible. Backing off, he made his way to Atem, where he was standing near Ryou. Yugi exchanged a shy smile with his yami, and tugged lightly on Ryou's sleeve. "C'mon. You must be cold from being knocked out like that. I'm sure we can make cocoa or something at Kira's place." He was trying to take his friend's mind off the recent events, sounding cheerful as he usually was. He cast a worried glance over towards the form of Ryou's father, where he still lay, soul-less, and wondered if they should leave him there or what.
Atem followed his hikari's gaze towards Ryou's father, and tried to make a decision. It was hard when his mind was crowded with thoughts of how to stop Ryou from listening to his yami, for what Ishizu had thought was true. Bakura would throw mental attacks onto his host until he was pushed off the edge. If they took the ring away, it would only make its way back to him. They had to deal with Bakura's soul directly, but not send him to the Shadow Realm. Bakura had escaped that place far too many times in the past to stay in there for long.
The only idea Atem could come up with was to seal Bakura's soul in another object. Bakura had done it before, sealing Yugi's friends in monster cards and figurines, but that was with the power of the Millennium Ring. The other Millennium Items could banish minds, but only the ring could seal souls and parts of souls away. Atem also came up with an idea that had to do with the Millennium Ring, to solve the father problem. Change his memory a little bit to either remove the encounter with Ryou, or to make him think it was a slight dream.
Deciding to just leave Ryou's father where he was and deal with Bakura later, Atem shook his head slightly at his hikari, to tell him not to mess with the man. Just another 'coma' patient people would find in the street. Ushering Ryou and Yugi forward, Atem started off in the direction of Kira's home.
Ryou nodded his head, forcing a small smile on his face. "That'd be nice..." He said, voice lacking of emotion, to Yugi. The thought of his father didn't even cross his mind, which he was forcing to be as blank as possible. If he didn't think about all that had happened, maybe he would just forget about them someday.

When they arrived Ishizu helped get Khalid onto the couch, hoping the blood wouldn't stain the fabric. She paused a moment, dumbfounded that the first thing she would think of was if the couch would get stained. Scolding herself mentally, she hesitated, gazing silently at Kira, not sure where medical supplies were.

Khalid drifted to the edge of waking up, he stirred and his eyelids fluttered slightly, but he just sank back into the deepening unconscious state that was taking over his body.
Atem hoped that Khalid would wake up soon. He remembered that Khalid had worn the Millennium Ring before, and used it a little, and was hoping that he might be able to help seal Bakura's soul away. Atem didn't tell Ryou because Bakura would just read the boy's mind and memories, and would be able to stop it. Atem wondered-- if they managed to get the ring-- what they'd have to do.
Ryou shivered, feeling someone gaze at him. He turned his head slightly, as though trying to see who it was, which seemed foolish until he activated what little power the Millennium Eye had in it. He'd have to stop using it so much and let it regain its magic. The eye looked in Yugi's mind, giving Ryou a view of the room from his friend's point of view. Atem had been gazing blankly at Ryou, lost in his thoughts of how to deal with Bakura. Ryou shivered again, wondering why Atem seemed to be becoming obsessed with him; he appeared to always be around.

Ishizu decided to go to the most common place a first aid kit would be; the bathroom. She wasn't too sure what to do, but at least she'd be able to clean off the wound a bit to see what damage Bakura had done. She glanced up briefly at the others, and suddenly noticed Atem gazing steadily at Ryou. She could've sworn there was a click in her mind as she figured something out. Her mouth dropped open, forming an 'O' in shock.
With lightning-fast speed, Ishizu darted forward, grabbing Atem's arm, and dragging him away a few feet. "Hold on a moment. I need to ask your yami something," She explained to Yugi in case he was about to ask anything. Without waiting for any sort of response from Atem, she dragged him into Kira's bedroom, which was probably the most quiet and more private rooms.

Yugi rubbed the back of his head, doing an anime sweatdrop. "Uhm... okay?" He half-said, half-asked, confused. He wondered why Ishizu had said that to him, as though he had some control over his yami to tell him where he could or couldn't go. Turning towards Ryou, he lowered his hand to the side. "So... the kitchen, huh?" He asked, grabbing Ryou's elbow and helping him in that direction so they could get started on the drinks.
"Erk?" Atem was bewildered by Ishizu's sudden actions, barely able to keep up with her movements with his eye. Okay, that was exagerating a bit, but he had been caught by suprise when she grabbed him like that. When they were both in the bedroom, he rubbed where Ishizu;s grip had been on his arm, acting as though it had hurt a lot. "What is it?"

Ishizu bent over a little bit, seeing as she was taller than the pharaoh, and gazed directly into his eyes for a moment. "So how come I see you around with Ryou so much? You were the first person to get into the kitchen when he screamed, you were by him when Khalid was over in the snow bleeding, and I could've sworn I saw you two hugging..." Ishizu slyly arched an eyebrow. "So, something going on that you want to tell me? Or maybe tell Ryou? I have a strong feeling that this is a crush on your half."

Atem tried his best to look as though he didn't know what Ishizu was talking about, but failed miserably. Things like that came easier to him in a duel; it was hard for Atem to control his expressions and emotions at other times. Glancing over Ishizu's shoulder and at the door, as though checking to make sure nobody was there, Atem finally sighed, his shoulders slumping slightly.
"All right," He mumbled, folding his arms over his chest and glancing at the floor. "I guess I have feelings towards Ryou... But I really don't want him to know anything about him, got it? I know he's--" Atem struggled with his mind for a moment, trying to think of the right word, "--well, kissed Bakura and maybe more, but that was all forced onto him. He could like you, or maybe Kira, for all I know." Atem shifted, feeling uncomfortable. "And if he finds out that I like him, so will Bakura, who will undoubtedly twist it in his own way to suit his purposes."

Ishizu couldn't halp it; she wrinkled her nose slightly at the thought. Of course Ryou needed somebody to really care for him, unlike how Bakura treated him so abusivly, but a sudden thought struck her. "Ryou's just a boy to you. Barely anything compared to how long you've lived." She reminded Atem, nodding her head. "And you resemble his friend. I'm not just talking about appearances; you share a link with Yugi. How comfortable do you think Ryou could be around you?" Eyes widening slightly in horror at what she just said, Ishizu held up a hand before Atem could speak. "No, no, forget what I just said. Right now, above any other time, Ryou needs somebody to truly care for him. I can tell how his spirit is moving away from him. He's so dull and lifeless lately." Eyes narrowing sharply, Ishizu glared at Atem. "Now you had better tell Ryou how you feel, or I will. And I mean it. You have the rest of today to do it, otherwise I'll tell tomorrow. It can't go more perfectly for you, it being Christmas and all."

Copy soon came back out and hoped up droping somthing in pegasus's hand.It was a piece of candy with a shiny wrapper.
kira had gone into the the bathroom gathing up the first aid kit.She went back into the livingroom and started to clean up khalid's wound better giving it a proper bandaged.

Atem bit his bottom lip, ignoring Ishizu's slight threat for him to tell. He had thought a little about what she had said first, Ryou being so young, and all of that. He tried to ignore those problems, hoping that if he pulled through with this everything would be okay. Atem knew, of course, that that couldn't be possible, but he had hoped. Suddenly a short yelp came from the kitchen, which Atem automatically realized was Yugi's. Then a cold laugh followed, telling the pharaoh that Bakura was active. Swearing softly under his breath, wondering why he had even let Bakura out of his sight, Atem darted out of the hall and towards the kitchen, throwing open the door to find his hikari cornered by the blinded thief, who hadn't bothered to form his own body.
Bakura tilted his head slightly to the side at the sound of a new entrance into the kitchen, and the pull from the Millennium Puzzle told him it was Atem, which was exactly what he had been hoping. It would be best to get him out of the way first, in Bakura's gathering of the items, before the two of them regained strength in their Millennium Items. The Eye, Ring, and Puzzle were very low on magic from the extreme uses they had been through lately.
"Ah, the pharaoh. I was sure you'd come if you heard your hikari's distress. You're weak like that." Bakura turned to face Atem, though with the Millennium Eye useless, he was only guessing the pharaoh's location. "I want to challenge you to a shadow game. I'm sure you're just as tired of what's happening lately as I am; what better way to relax than to fight me?" There was mocking in Bakura's voice, he was taunting Atem.
Eyes narrowed, Atem peered at Bakura cautiously. "You know as well as I do that the items are weakened. Besides, what would I have to gain from you?"
Bakura chuckled darkly. "There'd be enough energy to summon the Shadow Realm, and the shadows will easily provide anything we'd need for the game." He pointed out, in case the pharaoh had forgotten. "Will you accept my challenge?"
Atem's eyes narrowed further. He couldn't refuse a Shadow Game; it was against his nature. He was sure that he could defeat Bakura somehow, no matter what the game. But still, there was probably some loophole the theif would slip through. "And what would the game be? Who makes the rules?" He asked cautiously, not accepting the robber's offer, not wuite declining it.
Bakura smirked, knowing that it would be easy now to pull in the pharaoh. "We'll both agree on a few conditions, but I will choose the game. You can make the prizes, so long as they are reasonable."
Atem considered; this could be the chance he was waiting for to lock Bakura away. If he could get Bakura to agree to it, though. That would make the robber fight harder, which would be nice for Atem. "Fine. I accept your challenge. But I would like to make the first condition; we bring a witness or two so that we can all make sure you don't cheat. I know that the Shadow Realm will stop that from happening mostly, but there can sometimes be some exceptions."
Bakura nodded his head. "Fine. Hell, let's bring everybody to the Shadow Realm for all I care. The only one I'm interested in, really, is you, Atem." He folded his arms over his chest, his smirk vanishing, trying to hide his emotions. "Though if whoever you bring interupts the game in any way, I'll win automatically. The only person I'd consider bringing would be Marik, so the same goes for him, if he comes."
Khalid woke up fully a few moments after Atem went into the kitchen and started making plans with Bakura. He groaned, clutching his wound, which was neatly bandaged. He didn't remember being here, so it was obvious that he was moved. Sitting up, or at least trying to, he peered around the room. "Ishizu..." He murmured, rememering that she had been with him a while ago, but now she wasn't.
