I'm very very thin [some people call me toothpick for a good reason]...and I can see my veins thru my skin down there...but they are just plain blue.
I think the reason that his aren't appearing as blue means that he has a healthy complexion - unlike me who's also very pallid.
Also, the reason why his are standing out is I think because he strains himself a lot while doing those crazy dances, like when he leans back like in the pic while singing, especially given the fact that he sings so powerfully. It could put pressure on your body.
