Merc moves so that his head is resting on Seth's thigh. "So..." he says. "What does this mean?" he asks, motioning to the two of them together. "I thought you liked girls."

Merc puts a hand on Seth's thigh as well nad begins to draw patterns with one of his claws. He's sorta bored, but doesn't want to go back to sewing or really move at all.

Once the bagel is gone, there isn't really much for Seth to pay attention to except that not-overly dressed catboy lying on him, and the patterns said catboy was drawing on his thigh, either of which was rather distracting.
