Grace stared at Joshua for a long moment, and then went behind the door, putting her gun back into her purse, before returning and giving him a smile, and taking his hand in her own. As soon as she heard his name, and caught his smile she knew who the man was. "Nice to meet you, Joshua. I'm Grace." She retracted her hand and opened her mouth to speak again before Thomas started to cry, causing her to look over her shoulder, and then back to the man. "Sorry about being so...weird. There's a lot going on and you can never be too careful." She stood a little straighter and felt her cheeks burn slightly at his question. Not because she was embarrassed, but because the situation was a little awkward. "Yes, I am. Um--" She turned to Thomas again, and looked back at Joshua. "He just went right down the road, you can come in if you'd like...excuse me." She left the door open if he wanted to come inside, and hurried to Thomas, who was not happy about his meal having been cut short, more less being put in his bouncer while he was still kind of hungry.

 Lena Penelope Sinclaire-CaineLena laughed after Archie smacked her butt. He made her feel like a carefree teenager.Lena picked up a ball and tossed it. She made the first shot. Missed the second, but made the third. She liked that they could do anything and still have fun. The relationship was easy and fun. "I will spank you now, and again later on tonight hun!" She teased as she tossed another ball. SWOOSH!

As soon as the other officers showed, five in total, Diana stepped out of her car and lead them all through the front doors into the shop. Demanding where Black was from the sap at the counter, Di followed the pointing finger to the back as an officer handcuffed the man. She'd sort it all out later. Coming to the back she stopped and smiled. Just her luck both Ben and Black were there."Benjamin Drayton, Gavin Morain, you are both under arrest for assault and illegal dealings." She was ready to do this easy. But they were going in to jail today.

"Motorcycles!" Lincoln replied and gave her a look as if she was crazy. He tossed the motorcycle sheets in the cart.
"The one time Derek and I would easily agree." He walked along and threw some plain onesies in the cart, along with a few packs of receiving blankets.
"So...what else do babies need?" He asked her as he looked at a breast pump.
"So....you going to milk yourself like a cow?" He asked as he held up the pump box. He tossed in a box of breast pads.

Ben and Black froze, and turned toward the voice and people coming toward them. Ben crossed his arms over his chest.
"Assault? Assault of who? When? Proof?" Black chuckled.
"Same b***h from last time Drayton?" He allowed himself to be arrested.
"I know my rights....save your breath." He retorted and Ben continued to glare at Diana.
"You're messing with the wrong one girly." He was arrested and lead away. He remained silent.
The two men were driven to the station. Fingerprinted and their mug shots were taken. The men were lead into two separate holding cells. Their attorneys called and were heading toward the prison. Ben had been silent. Black was chatty and arrogant, though he never said anything that related to the attacks, or any charges against him.

I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ Joshua followed Grace inside, he closed the door behind him. He stuffed his hands in the pockets of his dark blue jeans. He looked over at the crying baby. "Sorry to just drop in. Looks like I interrupted." He grew silent as he looked the baby over. "I figured I should talk to Orion in person...." Joshua admitted. "I am pleased I at least got to meet you. Oh, and I understand why you are so cautious. Don't want to end up in the hospital like Cadence, I am sure." He shook his head. Josh's eyes skimmed the house. He felt so awkward being here, but he wanted to see his son before he was relocated and hidden again. ~Ryder~ I have the answer

"I told you I was taking you shopping!" Lincoln protested. He glared at his cousin. Clearly not happy with Mara.
"I didn't say he wasn't a sissy...we have bikes in common. That's it. All I know." Lincoln grabbed the bags and started walking.
"Fro-Yo it is!" He lead the way.
"So I am curious...we're you guys trying for children? I mean...you haven't been together that long. Aren't you worried he will change? I mean....I have been with a great many women, and not one of them has been the person they were in the beginning. It's why nothing ever lasts." He set the bags down at a nearby table, then walked up to the counter. His dark eyes roamed the flavors the place offered, along with the toppings.He loved this place, the prices went according to the weight.

Victoria was enthralled to be having lunch with Jasper, and even more so that he confirmed how lucky she felt to be having him for an entire day. She ordered herself some chicken tenders and fries, and a diet coke. As well as a slice of apple pie, because who doesn't love pie?? "So, do you think you will be able to stay the night with me tonight?" If she was going to have him for the entire day, it would only make it complete if she got to spend the night with him, too.

Archie grinned and shook his head, each shot he took he missed, and when he finished he moved his hands and grabbed her waist from behind, dipping his head against her ear. 'It's not fair that you are playing a game where I am so distracted..." He kissed her cheek and tickled her sides softly, before leaning back, and giving the man a look to where he grabbed her a stuffed penguin, handing it off to her with a small smile.
"I think you deserve to be spanked for cheating." His hands left her hips now and returned to his sides, while he looked over his shoulder for Tyson, wanting to make sure the kid was still in his sight.

Grace rocked Thomas in her arms, and turned back to Joshua, chewing on the inside of her lip gently. She wasn't sure about Orion's relationship with his father. he had never gone into too much detail about the man, not that she blamed him. "You didn't interrupt. We are just waiting on Orion to come home before taking off for a few days. Having a small vacation." She smiled at him, and after a few moments Thomas calmed down, and she grabbed a pacifier and put it in his mouth. His talk about Cadence made her feel sad for the woman. Orion hadn't wanted her to see the condition she was in, but she had heard from her friends all about it, and that it wasn't good. "Are you thirsty? Can I get you anything?" She walked past him, and into the kitchen, grabbing a water for herself, as well as one for him if he wanted it.

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit Diana watched coldly as the officer's cuffed eh men who let them, Gavin with no resistance and Ben outraged by words. She was certainly sure they both knew their right well enough, but that wouldn't save either of them."Save your threats for your friends in prison. Maybe they'll impress someone there that'll help you get comfy for your stay." She told the two as they were lead out. The only true way these men could hurt her was through Lyv, and they weren't going to get that chance. .No they were going to both be locked up for good now.
As she followed them back to the station, Di made sure all their paperwork was filed and that they would not be able to get out on bail. They were both too dangerous for that shenanigans. With the two men on their way to the prison, and the immediate paperwork taken care of, Diana left the station. Although she knew the men would fight this and that they would probably have decent lawyer thanks to Ben's connections, there as no way she was going to lose. Evidence was all too incriminating. On her way to pick up Alyvia from her friends, Di stopped at the evidence lab to check in with the woman about the sweatshirt. She had found Black's DNA on the thing. They could link him to the crime for sure. Di nodded and told her to bag the clothing and file her results. Thankfully nothing had come back on Killian.
As she walked back to the car, she sent a text to Killian. Not that he wanted to hear from her, she was sure. But if she for some odd reason went sideways, it would be better if he had that s**t taken care of.To: Killian

Di finished driving to pick up Lyv, and took the girl home. She hung out with the girl building legos, and eating food in their living room for the rest of the day. She'd finish writing the final report once the girl went to bed. That was the normal routine for her anyway.

Lena Penelope Sinclaire-Caine "Ohhhh!!!" Lena cooed, as she moved herself against Archie. She turned in his arms and linked her arms about his neck. She kissed him gingerly. "Okay baby, since I cheated...you get to be charge of our games tonight." She moved her mouth to his ear lobe, and nibbled it. She slipped her hands down, and into his back pockets. She gripped his butt through his pockets. "I am going to let him ride a few more rides, then I think we should head back." She pressed her cheek against his chest. She stepped back and accepted the Penguin. "Oh, our love child Archie!" Lena teased and hugged the penguin. She started toward the ride that Ty was getting off of.

But don't worry, I'll let you pay for the treat." She told him with a smile and a laugh as she followed him out. Lyn ignored his comment about not knowing if Dereck was a sissy or not. Lyn knew. That's what mattered. Well to her anyway.
The next question he asked, Lyn took some time to answer until after she had her frozen treat and was sitting at one of the tables. She took her first bite of the sweet thing littered in chocolate chips, gummy bears, and coconut flakes.As she took her first bite, she told him"No, we weren't trying. Just kinda happened between everything else that had been going on. We weren't careful enough to stop it, but I'm still happy for it. He really has been a great guy to me Linc. I'm happy they are his, not some other rat s**t."As he talked more about people changing, Lyn just ate the cold cream. Dereck and her hadn't been together for a year. But they had been through a lot of s**t. Not that those were changes, but just obstacles in life. Finally saying,"Everyone changes, as you said. It's just adapting and changing together. I'm not sure what the future holds really."

Archie grinned and looked down at the penguin, running a hand through his slicked back hair. "You ya look at that? I'm a poppa." He was kidding, of course, but leaned down and kissed Lena right on the forehead, before slipping his hand in her free one. "I can start dinner when we get back to my place. How's steak?" Because he had been a bachelor, he could literally afford to eat steak every damn night if he wanted to. Besides, he still wasn't sure if Lena was taking Tyson to say with his aunt or not.
