Never Again... Herald followed Emma into the diner, looking around to make sure there wasn't anyone who looked like trouble. He looked down at Emma as he heard her mutter something. He couldn't hear but decided not to ask. He went to one of the booths and sat down with Emma, waiting for the waiter/waitress to arrive. 'Let's hope this time will be more peaceful than the last two," he said, clearly remembering the previous events as well. Will I be bound in chains

Never Again... Herald laughed and nodded. "Let's hope so," he replied as the waitress arrived. He ordered something small and turned back to Emma, waiting for her to order. He glanced out the window at the bright streets, wondering how things had gotten from the blood-soaked, dusty arenas surrounded by nothing but enemies to a diner in the bright sun-filled streets of Death City with his fiance. Will I be bound in chains

She just wasn't too hungry at the moment it seemed. "The one I met was a younger girl... blond hair, wolf tail and ears. Wonder where she got that..." she said, her tone turned to joking with the last part. "She was worried about you but other than that, that is all I got," she explained as she took a small bite of her food. She glanced up at Herald "You managed so see what Eric saw in the future right since you knew about us once you got your body? Did you see them?" She watched Herald as he seemed worried about having a child, let alone a daughter. Emma smiled slightly at him "Don't worry. Never Again... "No," replied Herald, rolling his eyes. "When we shared bodies, the one in control would spend most of their time unconscious, fading in and out occasionally. And we didn't get to decide when." He thought for a moment. He had finished eating his food and leaned back in the chair. "I hope you're right," he told her. "Though of course, we changed the future. Now no one knows what's going to happen, or even if those children will still exist..." Will I be bound in chains
