I used to use gimp. It basically has all the basic tools and filters Photoshop has. Its a good-quality free tool. And comes with an optional animation package.

And comes with an optional animation package. yah its mean to me and not working and I cant even delete it off my computer If I remember correctly, you need to download a runtime environment for it to work in. To fully delete GIMP go START>control panel>add/remove programs>GIMP

I'd use photoshop, I have all the adobe programs but its
real laggy on my laptop

Silent Cartoon Eh Gimp. I've never actually used it. ...I have Photoshop CS5...soooo..I don't need it. :3 I have a cracked version of CS3. I'm never paying for that overpriced original software. Ever.

Well after trying to delete it, dealing with problems after trying to open something up to see what it was and having the whole computer freeze, i finally got it off my system! XD
I apparently need this x11 thing to get it to run, don have it, have the download website open, but my bro is figuring out what it is first.

well seems Im stuck with photostudio which saves like crap unless I do an unuploadable format so I have to take a screenshot. -_-
I was just hoping for something better. Its prone to bluring but is worth 80 bucks or so if im right. stuck with it. noooooo.
