I'm an 80's child so I grew up with that stuff.
As for school I did my music projects over Japanese J-rock bands to the annoyance of my teacher.

Mana is a guitarist from Moi Dis Mois (I think that is what it is) and a few other groups. He currently produces people like Kanon Wakishima (I think that's her name) and has a line of lolita clothing. Anyways his visual kei.
That is a good band too Aly.
