-X Duo Yiro X- Hinote Tosatsu You really messed up on a LOT of details there kid. Most importantly, it is "The Order of the Holy Acorn" and it is not a cult. It is an organization dedicated to the protection of squirrels and other various rodents from the callous actions of humans. Hin, since Cobra isn't responding, can I do what I wanted to do with my RPC? I want to approve the 'qwirk' before I preform it. That should be fine. So long as you aren't letting yourself learn faster than allowed, there's no limit to how much work you can put into learning a jutsu. I do the same myself when I feel my RPC shouldn't be as good with one type of jutsu as another. ~ What animal idea from what fillers? I don't watch fillers, or the Naruto anime, I just saw her have a squirrel attack her in a post, and went with it.

oooo okay now i get it kai got punshed for being lazy lol
and they had a Naruto shippuden filler that animals were attacking naruto and lee shino and the gate gaurds Rino and male lover very funny eps

ABout Chakra:
So, I believe I have 25 chakra points, now adding this (-1 chakra point cost of all Genin techniques, -2 for all Chuunin, Jounin, and Kage techniques for the chosen element.) that would still be the same, correct?

Hinote Tosatsu { When you said learning draw back, I assumed you meant taking longer to be able to use the jutsu at all. Being that you're apparently turning the Ichi into the Go, or, the five finger version, using your drawback, 'm rescinding on that. No, you can't have that drawback. Simply because I don't want to be the one blamed when you just randomly start leaking fire out of your a** without using a jutsu for it. } - Edit from Cobra -
On a second note, as Hinote said, going from Ichi to Go, which you did goes way beyond what the typical elemental or offensive specialist could do with a +1 to the jutsu rank.
...at most, in using Ichi, you would be able to create the effect of Ni, or at the most San. However, I will work with your character as if what he did really were possible and you can shift your RP appropriately in the future.
(Oh, also, Shinji's finger never actually lit on fire. Since there is no "Offensive quality to this technique, it was not heightened... and I clearly described it simply as 'heat' not flame. Please be more careful with your reading/description in the future.)So, then, do you see why I asked to do it, sorry about the misunderstanding Hin, I should of told you what I was planing to do, :/ @ Cobra: Right then, I should still have about 16 or 17 chakra points left. So I'm still doing good.

Fukumen no Jutsu! ARE YOU SERIOUS! This should be for women who are pissed a men or something like that. Come on, is this a real Cannon jutsu LOL. (all this was done in good, clean fun! razz )

That's one of the things that GSoK missed... rofl i aint gonna work if i have no one to teach, no missions to do and nothing to read XD jk jk but seriously only person i can teach is kaze and emily since shinji took two others i can't teach[cause of me not having that element]
