Rakuna returned some time later, announcing that the Village Chief had anticipated this and had an area cleared for them to build their houses as well as the other children when they found their chosen mate. "She really is something..." He scratched his head.
Yuki nodded his head, delighted, even if his face didn't show it.

Shortly after Yuki and Mikhail paired together, the other found their own partners as well, or decided to go abroad in the human world. Soon, it was just the two couples in each house once more.
