nice, so i have a question, if one was a genin he can only learn chuunin and genin stuff, not jounin or saanin level stuff, but when he is a chuunin he learn jounin, chuunin and genin stuff, but not saanin, but when he is a jounin he can learn saanin, jounin, chuunin, and genin stuff right?but not kage level stuff?

Saanin and Kage level are practically the same thing, so yes you can learn Kage leveled stuff

You can't, the ligthning and water ones were taken already. but you can attain a summoning. If you go look at the summoning page you can choose one and if it's not taken already you can train to attain it. Oh and wait for my post in Fire Country, not Hidden Leaf Village
