So Israel-san made her first appearance. You'll notice that she is very similar to Alfred. That's because he practically raised her, what with all the times he's had to rescue her from the bad guys. So she developed one of those brother complexes in which she started copying everything her big brother does.
Thus we have a middle-eastern Alfred Clone running around. She's only slightly different from Al in the fact that she's more intelligent. Her brain functions are working at all times, whereas Al's are generally dormant. XD
