"Hmm, well Chan is a friend of my family, my parents...ah they were killed and so we went to Chan to be taken care of..I mean Runa on the way to Chan's village..Then later Kang and Parth came into the picture..I do believe we met Parth in the city." she softly answered.."Kouchi, is Raven with Parth and Kang?" she asked and then looked down for she had a bad feeling something happened to Raven and thats why Chan didnt want to tell her.

He tried to smile at her. "I don't think so. " He had never met this Raven person but he was pretty sure he wasn't back at the oasis. "You care for this Raven?" he asked.

He knew that was a lie though. In the dream, he knew that he loved the woman by the pool...and she loved him in return.

"Well maybe one day Kouchi, you'll find that special someone and then you'll experience true love. As for me remembering my childhood, lets see.. My father was a general in our clan and he taught me how to fight when I was younger, along with that person I was telling you about my first love..*smiling as she thought about him*..Father was teaching us both how to duel and to improve our skills when it came time to fight. Not long after that he disappeared, taking with him my heart... So I continued on my training with my father until the day our home was attacked and my father and mother were killed."

He sighed. "I don't have memories of my family as you do. I can only remember waking up in the cold snow of the mountains then blacking out again. I awoke later in the Phoenix clan's main encampment and I've been with them ever since."

Hearing the fact that he didnt have any memories of his family saddened Takara's heart, she gently placed her hand upon his arm and said softly, "Im sorry to hear that Kouchi, but at least someone from the Phoenix's clan had the heart to take you in as one of their own."

"And now they are all dead," he said, wondering if it had been his fault. He had always wondered. He had been having the same dream for as long as he could remember, and was beggining to think that it was a prophecy. He shook his head.

Somewhat taken by his comment.."Kouchi, I'm sorry to hear that they are all dead, but dont go blaming yourself. And as for my home right now its been destroyed by an elemental that attacked it awhile back and currently I do believe that a different clan has taken over it."..she continued leaving her hand upon his arm.."Lets walk some ok?" she asked.

He nodded as they continued onwards. He had enough food for the trip, but he had yet to find a decent weapons merchant anywhere. They came across the entrance to a small garden and he stopped to admire it. "I don't get to see beauty like this too often in the mountains," he said as an explanation.

Smiling when she also saw the beauty, "Well lets go in and enjoy it!" she exclaimed..walking on without him towards the back she noticed a bench that faced a small pond. Turning around she smiled at Kouchi, "Come and sit with me." she said as she sat down on the bench.
