Mell heard some screamming but shrugged it off, she was through tending to guests. She laid down next to larve and stroked his back to sooth the pain. with her other hand, she rubbed her belly. "Thought of any names yet?? Hows the inn coming along??"

nick pulled her to him holding her against his chest stroking her head gently. rocking back and forth with her
" shhhh...I am here...shhhh it'll be okay..." he said trying to calm her

"Stay..With,..Me...Please," Hollis said in between breaths. She slowly calmed down as she felt Nick's heartbeat.

Mell removed her hand quickly. "Sorry." She turned to her side to face him. "Are you sure theres nothing we can do to stop it?"

Lanni woke up during the night due to screaming, she looked around and sat up again.

"I....do," Hollis said falling asleep again. She laid still against Nick, still shaking slightly. She murmured things in her sleep, mostly about Nick.

nick layed her back against the pillows, laying next to her and snuggling her again.
" no mell...not that I know of...." larve said he looked at her belly.
" I still cannot thank you enough for this mell..." larve said kissing her gently.

Hollis woke up, "This isn't working, I don't want to sleep anymore." Hollis sighed. She smoothed her hair and sat up.

As he kissed her, a tear of joy fell down Mells cheek. She was so glad to see him again, so happy to have a child, a family that she was never allowed to have. But all the saddness of Larves pain, his future absence canceld out the happiness of the family. The child wouldn't have a father, but she would have a child. "Its you who I should thank, This is my gift. Its almost unfair on your part." She kissed him again.

she thinks for a moment and shrugs. She wondered whether to tell him everything. "I started traveling because I had nothing better to do, and wanted to see all the different places there was to see, then I was landed here, and I felt atracted here, so I've been here for a day or two."

"wow, must be nice to travel like that....nickolas and I were teased and abused at the orphanage we gre up in....our parents died while he was younge, when I was ten I took him and we ran away,living here and there struggling to eat and live, for years like that, then we landed here as well." chris said looking down he had just told her his whole life.
