Lily lead him back to the hotel and up to the room they shared with the others. She pushed the door open, and looked in at everyone. They all appeared to either be asleep or very deep in thought. SHe walked with Kir.

Kir walked in, pocketed his notebook, and flopped down on a free bed, staring at the ceiling.

Lily leaned against the wall by the bed Kir had choosen. She wondered what was going on in his head, but didn't try to question him.

Mana sighedshuddering. He slowly quit blocking out the emotions still fearful. He didnt want to become addicted to those kind of emotions.

Kir raised a hand to the ceiling. He imagined the ceiling was the sky overhead. For that moment, he completely ignored the room around him. There was no emotions, except maybe a little sadness. He lay on the bed staring at his own outstretched hand.

"Kir's emotions... are very strong. They are hard to resist feeding off of. But I dont want to be a monster." Mana said. He blocked out Kir's emotions but gladly took in the others.

Kir might have been mute but he wasn't deaf. He heard them as they were talking, but didn't react. He just stared at his hand like he was in a daze.

"So, if you become addicted to them, you start wanting to cause them?" Lily asked to be sure. She was calmer now that she realized he wasn't insulting Kir.

Mana nodded quiet. "I dont want to hurt anyone like that" He said to Lily. "People can die if those emotions are pulled out of them in big amounts."

Kir put the back of his hand on his forehead and laughed silently. Then he turned around on the bed so his back was facing them and he closed his eyes like he was trying to emulate sleep.

Mana nodded. "Its too much for him. Its like he is cracking from the stress. Mana said to Lily quietly.
