Hidden Aviation: Hisakata [Orimara], Kan Inbijiburu [Daimyo], Hayai, and Watari [Uchiha], Hikai

Hikai starts after him but stops. He looks first at the restaurant and then at Saden. He wanted to say something but what Saden decided to do was his choice. Once Kikyo changes form, the Salamander stares at her a bit astonished and confused. Why'd she change form? Hikai could think of a few reasons but sided with her just wanting to seem even more intimidating for her own reasons. The teen turns and starts off after Kan and Kikyo when Saden expresses that he will go with Hayai. "Don't die," Kan yells over his shoulder before chuckling, out of character really. Hikai glances back only once at Saden and Hayai before the group is on their way to Hidden Flame and far out of sight.

Feeling triumphant, Hayai allows a twisted little smirk to spread across her face as she circles behind Saden. Her eyes seem to hone in on his scythe as she licks her lips seductively. By the time she makes her way to his side, her smirk is gone and her eyes are on Saden again. "My group, the Swords of the Crescent Moon, isn't as ruthless as the Angra Mainyu... but we're plenty strong and scary. We like to lurk in the dark village of Feudal Spain. I think you'd like it because it's void of light. Once we get to the base, however, it will get much lighter again." Hayai takes a few steps away from Saden as she speaks. She twirls, rocking her chest and hips as she does. When she stops, she slowly brings one hand up to her lips. She licks her fingertips lightly before gliding that hand down her neck and jostling the leather collars golden bell a bit, her chest, her waist, and then the blade nearest her behind. She eases her body downward so that she can glide her hand all the way down her blade. Once she does, the blade shines with a white light.

The light would fade away to reveal the blade to be gone and a black cat tail to be protruding from her lower back. It sways a moment before beginning to slither along her butt and thighs. "I think that you will be fun so you can call me Cheshire, if you'd like." She raises a hand to her neck after reaching into the bandanna binding her huge breast together, and then puts on a black collar with a golden bell. If someone were to compare her previous actions to a cat and factor in her tail and bell then someone might assume her to be a cat. But who'd have that on their mind with her now beginning to wiggle her chest around and playing with the buckle of her pants with both hands. "Let's get going! If we hurry then no one will be at the base that might disturb us." She turns and begins walking in the direction of the docks. Her hips move side to side and her tail is wrapped around one of her thighs. The tip is tracing her inner thigh, making her smile now at then from the nice feel of it.

Hidden Flame: Hisakata [Orimara], Kan and Watari [Uchiha], Hikai

"I don't think I can do this," Hikai sighs as they finally exit the docks and make it to the path leading into the village. He'd eaten the rest of his food on the boat ride to try and get his mind off of returning so he had nothing to clench in his hand. He seems to wiggle his fingers around as the group stop in motion. Hikai grabs at his cloak and makes sure it is securely around his body and his hood is tugged down over his face. Kan looks at Hikai and then at Kikyo. He had gotten an eye full of her on the way and had to admit that he didn't expect her to change from her former form into one quite like that one. Part of him was curious just who Kikyo was but another part of him forced him not to inquire about it.

"There's nothing for you to worry about, Hikai. He was vague in his request so all you have to do is show up, stand before him so that he can see we brought you, and then you can leave. I don't see why you have this unnecessary phobia," Kan eventually scoffs. Hikai was constantly being rough and tough and then when it came to just walking into a village he'd taken over before, he can't manage it. Hikai furrows his eyebrows and looks off to the side. He wanted to say that none of this would have happened if Kan hadn't destroyed the village but it wasn't Kan. Hayai was the one trying to destroy the village and Kan was just trying to stop her. So he sided against saying that to Kan. This had to be done in order to keep Hidden Flame happy and under SCM's control. Otherwise they would have to start doing things by force. Many of the organizations members preferred doing things peacefully so that wouldn't be something a lot of members would agree with.

And ultimately, the group might split up, the organization alter, and... Before Hikai realized it, they had reached the village. He was so absorbed in thought he didn't realize it. Villagers eye Kikyo, some moving away, and others showing a determined stare. Flames sprout all over the place, people trying to get Hikai's attention and get him to eat them. The buildings, broken down but livable, line the streets as the group continue towards the Kage building. Hikai's eyes fall on the destruction and then the villagers. Something felt sad about looking at them even though they seemed happy to see him. They had lost so much and yet they could be happy about him coming. Maybe he had things wrong. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad. "EAT MY FLAME, PLEASE!" A woman screeches flinging a flame at Hikai. He sees it coming and grabs it up in his cloak. Unlike normal fabric, the flame doesn't catch the cloak on fire nor does it muffle the flame when Hikai covers it with the portion of his cloak.

More flames are thrown in Hikai's direction as people cry out for him to just taste their flame as Kan's eyes and hair flash silver. The flames splatter against an invisible bubble that is around the three travelers which makes female and male villagers alike frown. They were so close. Kan lowers his raised hands, his final hand sign falling, and urges Kikyo and Hikai onward. The fire dragon continues on, holding onto the one flame he caught and clutching it tightly, stunned. Nothing had changed.

Kikyo Soshi

________________________________________

Was Saden really serious? He was really going to stick with Hayai? Heh heh. Fool. It was obvious that his academy and parents had not taught him the lesson that a female shinobi is always armed, even when she isn't. This girl was already packing, and the moves she used were obviously well used before. She had experience in moe ways than one. Well, let the sucker learn the hard way. The only hint that Saden was getting in over his head was a small look over Kikyo's shoulder, a wide smirk that read "You're screwed", and Kiko facing forward and finishing her walk to the boat with her hips swaying in a simular mannor as Hiyai's. She was tempted to shout out that she wouldn't bail him out if he got into trouble, but she figured he needed to learn this lesson on his own. Maybe next time he would listen to what his allies tell him to do.

On the boat ride, Kikyo sat in her own little space and dug around in her bag as she tried to find a lollipop. She eventually did find a butterscoth-flavored dumdum and stuck it into her mouth. She was sure the two men she was traveling with were wondering why she had taken on such an... interesting look. It was pretty simple, and it became obvious when the few moved away in fear when they did arrive to the village of fire. This caused a mischevious smirk to spread over her face, which in turn caused the fangs to stick out. That was just what she wanted. Since Hikai seemed so freaked out about coming here, she had volunteered herself to play the role of the big, bad gaurd dog that snarls at those who come too close to their owner. This was the whole reason Kanshin was so innocent and oblivious as to how the real world acts.
The flames being thrown at them was a bit surprising, but it angered Kikyo, which seemed to cause this dark aura to pour from her very being. Those smart enough to back off would. Those dumb enough to come closer were picked up by the head with Kikyo's vectors and dropped as far away as she could reach with them. "You seem to be equal to a celebrity to these people... Or a God. No wonder you seemed so excited to come here Hikai." Kikyo made sure to hide the sarcasm in her tone. She didn't want to say that he had been upset about coming here since she knew he was here to play nice with the locals.
As they walked, Kikyo surveyed the area, her vectors doing their thing without her even thinking about it. She had had them for so many years that she didn't have to think about using them at this point. Half of what she did at this point was as thought about as breathing. After a minute of looking around, she glanced to Hikai. "Is part of why you get along with Kanshin because her clan does use heat from the sun to make fires? You seem to eat fire, so you aren't thinking about using her for meal tickets, are you?" Her voice heard a very distinctive gaurd-dog tone to it. Around Kanshin, she rearely used this tone when talking about Kanshin. The few times she did always made Kanshin worry and fear who ever Kikyo used the tone on since it was a signal that if this person tried anything on Kanshin that they would die quickly.

User ImageKekaishi Soshi sighed as he landed on a constructed building. in hidden flame. his breath coming in gasps. his right arm had been damaged, and even know his body glowed lightly as he began to heal it.i] Holy high gods! that one was a dificult one to kill.. but at least.
his eyes opened as he felt it. Kikyos vectors jst barely touched his own. he looked around.
his mission had been a simple one and it took not a long time but his target was skilled. he came to hidden flame hoping to meet up with Joachim so that he could bring him to help him calm kikyo... but he felt her... could she be in the center of the flame throwers?
Kekkaishi put on his cloak careful to cover his face, he smiled. it would take a long walk normally but he had a few moves. he needed to master a few more things before he could make sure he could take on kikyo,
coming down from the building kekkaishi began to walk the oposite way of the people. he could feel it his heart beating at the thought that kikyo was near by. but she should not see him like he was know. his right eye was bleeding and he had many marks all over his body. his body began to shine even more as he he3aled up quicker and brought out two of his vectors those invisable hands where definately usefull for him he smiled." ketsu"
he made many small boxed and jumped on them he kept making them till he was high in the air then his skin became just a tad paler then normal. he wanted to keep his color.
he began to walk around in the air as if it was his to command.

Hidden Aviation
Kazumiya could not help but laugh. she was finally home again, though not as powerful as she hoped to be, in her short time in the world she had seen many things. the overly enthusiastic view of the young Akena forbid her from noticing anything but the beautiful view of her home village, and as such she missed the passage of a huge group of people. " I am back home i cant believe i am back here!"
Kazumiya's energy caused her to want to fly, but her wings where not yet grown, yet another reminder that she was not yet an full fledged adult. this made the young Aviation ninja pout.

Kura Ryuujin could not believe the size of the mountain that they had climb. at least to her it was a huge one, and she believed it explained why her companion enjoyed freedom so much. Her people lived in perpetual freedom, they where even free to fly in the air with the birds. She was pretty much losing herself in her thoughts, that was untl she bumped into her Companion.
Kura looked at Kazumiya and noticed the pout. she sighed that girl was so damn sensitive over her lack of feathers that it was pretty much not even funny anymore.
" hey do you know of any good places that we could eat at?" cause i am starving." Kura smiled as she saw Kazumiya smile with her. they where here to try and learn some jutsu, mostly for Kazumiya since she was the one with the wings.

" yeah i kow of a place that is nearby"
Kazymiya began to lead the young Ryuujin to a restaurant she had heard good things about. she wondered how long it would take till they could meet a teacher. she hoped to meet one of her kind, that they would help her master many of her clans techniques. she especially wanted to learn her own blood's Jutsu. she wanted to use her feathers, she needed to feel complete but it would take her a while before she would. in her village unlike in birds there feathers came when they where full fledged ninjas, or when they developed there chakra networks enough. either way this was going to be a long jurney for her. she wondered sif she would be able to somehow do anything to improve her skills

Hidden Flame: Hisakata [Orimara], Kan and Watari [Uchiha], Hikai

As the three draw near enough to the Kage building to enter, Hikai squeezes the flame in his hands idly. He didn't really care to comment on Kikyo's sarcasm since nothing he said would really attribute to it. A chuckle maybe, but he wasn't in the mindset for a chuckle. Instead he remains quiet until Kikyo spoke again. "I don't know why I get along with Kanshin, or better, want to get along with Kanshin. I will admit that the sweet smell of her heat has been drawing me to her... in the exams... in Aviataion..." Hikai trails off for a moment, allowing himself to think on something, before returning to his response, "I have no intentions of using Kanshin for anything. I'm not that kind of guy or would ever be. If I wanted a free meal that bad then I could just build a fire the old fashioned way--with twigs, straw, and rocks--if I wanted to. It wouldn't have as much taste as a technique used by a ninja but it's just food, after all." Hikai snorts, setting the flame in his hand down on an ash tray that lined the halls of the large entryway of the Kage building.

The colors within the building are gold, red, and white in order to resemble the colors the flame villagers see in flames. Red wall and golden floors, decorated on the panes and connecting portions of the room with white. Hikai waits a while, eying the area calmly, more so than he was outside, before starting to speak again. this time though, his voice grows a little quieter and thoughtful. "I have never really smelled a heat like hers. It smells like her fire would be sweet, rather than spicy like all the other flame techniques that I've eaten. I guess I do want to know what her flame tastes like. But that's not why... it's not why I keep winding up finding her all of the time." Kan walks in silence ahead of the two, seeming quiet enough to eavesdrop but focused enough to be oblivious. The Orimara turns a corner and stops, awaiting the others to catch up. He'd made his way well ahead of Kikyo and Hikai and wanted to close the gap.

The second Hikai said he would never try using Kanshin for anything, a certain edge to her seemed to melt away. Any one who would be good to Kanshin was good in her books. As they got closer to the Kage building, various features began hiding themselves. The vectors went back to being invisable, the horns seemed to disappear completely, the fangs hidden... She was completely back to normal by the time they were inside. Her job of keeping locals back was done for now, so no need to cause any alarm in the presence of a Kage.
She stayed quiet as she followed the two men. She had sensed Kekkaishi some where nearby, but she wasn't sure where he might exactly be at this very moment and when he would feel comfortable coming out-- especailly since she was in the Kage's building of this village and the fact that Kekkaishi hadn't excactly left her on good terms before. Knowing this, she had to work on getting her tempt down so as not to explode in public. She heard Hikai speak up again about the scent of Kanshin and what he imagined her heat to taste like. Kanshin shrugged lighty to his wonders. "She eats a whole hell of a lot of spicy foods-- she usually puts about half a bottle of hot sauce in most of the food she eats-- but if her heat is anything like her, than it'll be so sweet it'll rot your teeth. Sh is a very kind person, but she also works very hard... and the amount of dedication she puts forth in making those flames of hers shows." She glanced over to Hikai and continued speaking. "You know, she wanted her flames to be unique and distinctable. Not for any particular reason since she rarely usues her flames for battle or destruction. She was just sitting around, talking about how pretty dancing flames can be when she said to me, "Kikyo-sempai, I want to see if I can make a pretty fire." I told her that would be something interesting to see, but my god, she did it. They are some of the deepest reds mixed into one shade-- almost the same shade as her eyes-- and it's outlined by white-- which she says white is the hotest a flame can be. There are no golds or oranges within the flame... Just that deep red and bright white... It also kind of bllows like a cloud, which I suppose she does on purpose since that was her home village before it was comletely leveled, poor girl." She grew very silent after the mention of Hidden Cloud. Kanshin's parents had been there when the village was destroyed... She had wanted to go to Hidden Cloud so many times to pay her respects to her only family, but any time they even headed that way she would begin sobbing and lose the courage to see just how bad the destruction was. Kikyo had never gotten that way any time she heard Hidden Heaven was destroyed... It made her feel terrible not knowing the pains or losing a home held so dear to her heart since she had always been so willing to leave home when she was younger. A part of Kikyo wondered if Hikai would understand Kanshin's pain and be able to help her cope with it better than she could.

Hidden Flame: Hisakata [Orimara], Kan and Watari [Uchiha], Hikai

Hikai notices Kan turn the corner and begins to speed up a little but decides not to. After all, Hikai didn't really want to go in there anyway. So he continues on at his current speed. As he does, he hears Kikyo speak again and notes her change in appearance as she does. Before he can start to turn his attention forward again, he hears Kikyo describing Kanshin and her flame to him. Hikai smiled at hearing that Kanshin liked to really spice up her foods. He couldn't help but feel like Kanshin had a similarity to him almost. Regular foods he tended to eat extremely hot, on fire, or extremely spicy. Yes, he could eat regular food but preferred fire. It felt good since he never met anyone that ate fire like him, a dragon like him, or even an Uchiha like him... He listens on as Kikyo describes the things that go into Kanshin's flames and how she doesn't use them in a harmful way. He found that to be something that she would seem to dislike, hurting people and causing destruction, and that it fit her nature well. Hikai just continued walking and listening, the two nearing the corner now. "White flames, huh," Hikai thinks calmly to himself as he tries imagining her flame.

His attention is then snatched away from imagining when Kikyo mentions the leveling of Kanshin's home village. He stops walking and stares blankly forward. "Leveled...?" Hikai just continues to stare forward a while before Kan comes back around the corner. Hikai doesn't even noticed as his mind goes back to a day he would never forget.

A behemoth, larger than anything Hikai had ever seen, barreled towards Hidden Leaf almost out of no where. It seemed like a beast created from the earth of the village land, but that would be impossible. No amount of land in Hidden Leaf could construct such a large monster. But where did it come from? Hikai's eyesight flashes black with white flurries--like static--for a moment, his body leaning forward, before returning. He takes a step forward to steady himself before noticing Kan slowly walking towards him. "Leveled..." Hikai thinks to himself before his mind returns to the past again. The beast tore through homes and completely emptied rivers and streams with a single step. Hikai saw it barreling towards the villages central market from one of the forests of Konoha, the complete opposite side of him. As the monster grew nearer to his home, he ran as fast as he could to try and beat the beast out. It was a good effort, the behemoth seemed to stop its approach as well. He would make it. He would try and save the village and his family.

"I took a step..." He thinks as his feet rise and fall to the earth in his memory. Things seem to slow down, one foot rising very slowly. By the time the foot connects with the earth, Hikai at the edge of the forest and only a few miles from the village, a huge blast is released from the monsters mouth in the direction of the village and the Uchiha's residential area. Hikai still continues running when everything goes white.

"Hikai," Kan says with a hint of concern in his calm tone as he grows close enough to Hikai to shake him by the shoulders. Hikai's eyes seem to shift around, as if he'd snapped out of his memory finally. Kan releases the dragon and steps back from him to give him some air. Hikai steps over to the wall and stands there as if he might collapse against it. He slowly but surely gets control of himself, shaking his head to empty the memories in his head. He looks at Kan and then at Kikyo.

"Sorry... I got distracted," Hikai says, downgrading what had happened, with an embarrassed small blush. He lowers his head, his hair covering his face a little, and continues walking until around the corner. Kan watches Hikai contently a while before turning to follow after him. That entire episode actually only lasted a few minutes even though it seemed like forever to Hikai. It was noticeable but with Hikai's previous behavior, it probably wouldn't seem to make too big of a scene for Kikyo and Kan... it shouldn't anyway.

"I haven't seen that in a while," Kan muses quietly aloud. His eyes drift over to Kikyo slowly, taking in her appearance and seeming to be wondering something, before his attention turns to Hikai who was standing a little down the hall in front of two large, golden doors.

User Image Kekkaishi made it to see them going into what he guessed was the kages building. did she not sense me? he wondered just how pissed she coudl have been at him. He closed his eyes letting himself drop in the grounds of the Kages building. he looked around Wondering what that guy was to his Fiance... if he remembered correctly that guy was called Hikai... He smiled he knew a little of him, not that he cared.

He then began to walk fallowing any trace he could find of them, it did take long for him to be near there corrider. He blinked and wondered just what he woudl give for better hearing, or at least a way to keep in contact with Her, if he had one then he would not always have to find her, and worry about her. he hoped that maybe one of these days he would find a permanent way to to be around her.
he turned a corner and met up with them he smiled "Kikyo" He raised his voice enough to be heard by them all, to show he meant these strangers no harm... was Kikyo going to open another demon gate?

The second he stopped, Kikyo stopped as well. Had she sadi some sort of trigger word to put him into some sort of trance. Maybe he was one of those people who had suffered something so terrible that he had been hypnotized so as not to think about the event until the right word or words were said together. She watched him carefully, seemingly reliving the event that had stunned him. It wasn't a very long process. If anything, it was slow motion speeded up. The invisable vectors moved close to him, ready to catch him should he stumble durring his little trance. From the looks of things, he, too, had suffered losing his home... So he probably could relate to Kanshin's pain better than Kikyo could hope to do. A quick glance went in Kan's direction to see what it was he had planned to do. Ah, a simple shake of the shoulders. Kikyo had considered it, but she was bad with situations like this. She probably would have been too harsh with her shaking. One of her invisable vectors patted Hikai on the back as though she was trying to silently tell him it was nothing to worry about.
Kikyo noted the glance her way from Kan and didn't think too much of it. If anything, he was probably just trying to figure out what she had done and why her appearance had changed once again.
She walked over to the door, but stopped to lean against the door frame outside the room. "If it's all the same to you boys, this has nothing to do with me. I only volunteered for crowd control. You go ahead and do your thing with the Kage since I would hate to make them uncomfortable since they don't know me." She smirked lightly and crossed her arms as she got into a comfortable position.
She heard Kekkaishi and looked up to see him standing in the hall. She smiled lightly to him before she turned to Kan and Hikai again. "Ah, even more of a reason for me to stay out here. You two go ahead without me. I'll still be out here when you come back." She turned back to Kekkaishi and smiled to him in a way to tell him he was in trouble. She was still sore about him ditching her with Hido... But she was also going to tell him he may end up having one less friend if Saden really had gone through with spending an evening with Hayai. "Any one ever tell you you have a bad judgement of character, boy?" One of her many inside jokes that she shared with Kekkaishi was quoting her father. She couldn't remember what exactly had been said, but she did know Kekkaishi had said something about Kikyo to her father which caused him to laugh and say that.

User Image Kekaishi smiled as he saw her turn around, he did nto know what was happening or why she was excusing herself from there presence and he did nto care, that was till he saw her smile. that and what she said. He remembered well talking about Kikyo never needing to become a shinobi because he would take care of her. he also remembered how he almost had gotten beaten by her in fury if it was not for her father helping him run by saying those beautiful words. out of habit his eyes widen and he began to concentrate his chackra on his feet, every little nerve ending on his body was telling him its time to run or you will be pummeled to death by the one your supposed to marry.
" Your still mad... i mean come on i am sure it was not that bad."
There was a slight shaking in hsi voice that was never present unless she was Angry at him, he wondered what it would be this time... would she get bees to sting him, switch his sugar and salt, make him go srtay on a pole while she threw things at him.... there was a variety of ways she would torture him when she was mad but he had been very careful to not anger her since they became shinobi. he put his hands in front of him in a peaceful manner but near enough to his waist that he could whip out his kusari-gama , just in case he also let his vectors still invisible surround his body, his horns became viable trough his hair." i know you hate him but i had to go on a mission... i coudl not take ou i had to rely on him... he was the strongest person in that group and i was hopig that booth of your loves for Kanshin would help you two put your differences aside. speaking of winch where is Kanshin"
He cursed himself for not bringing something sweet with him. for know he could only pray he could distract her till she calmed down. a fight with her would not lead to anywhere good for him right now... especially not if she involved the people she was with... the way the people where treating them they could only belong to the organization that controlled this region, he knew normally she would not do that bt who knows maybe he ******** up extra big this time."

"Thank you for your help," Kan starts, stopping in front of the double doors. He glances back at Kekkaishi before his eyes shift over to Kikyo, "Kikyo. You kept him well protected and distracted... up until that last instance." The tone of his voice, look in his eye, and how he phrased that last sentence might come off as a bit rude and angering. That is, until he speaks again. "I think he needed to have that reminder of there being scarier things than a village that adores you. It really snapped him out of that silly mood he was in even though you may not have meant it to." Kan seemed to be thanking Kikyo for making Hikai go through that episode rather than criticizing her, as it seemed with his previous statement. Kan turns completely around and reaches out to open the door away from Kikyo. But when he does the door flings open quickly, a hand reaching out and grabbing Hikai by the neck, before retreating with a loud slam of the door behind it. Kan seemed to have switched in stance as it all happened. At first getting in an offensive crouch and then into a calm, upright, calm stance.

Why did he just stand there as Hikai was snatched away? Wasn't he supposed to be helping Hikai? Hikai cries out in a way where the sound harnessed, rage, fear, and surprise. Kan covers his mouth with one hand and fights back the urge to laugh. "Hikai! My beloved!" A young female voice squeals. Kan gets a hold of himself and takes a step back from the door. He moves so fast when he does his hands signs that it would seem as if he hadn't performed any at all. His body would slip into the ground quickly before reemerging on the other side of the door. Kan watches as Hikai growl angrily atop a end table in the corner of the large room, a little girl reaching out and trying to grab him. "Come here~! Let me give you a big kiss, honey!" The little girls continues to squeal, making Hikai hiss even more. Kan shifts his silver eyes about in his head until spotting a man near the window at the back of the room.

"Would you mind calling off your daughter, sir?" Kan asks calmly, a hand over his mouth to hide the smile tugging at the corners of his lips. The man keeps his back turned from Kan who slowly begins to lower his hands.

"But if I were to do that..." the man starts to say before twirling around. A smile beaming with gold and white light flashes across his face as he rushes towards Hikai in the corner. "Then it's daddy's turn!" Hikai flickers from the corner, allowing the old man to stumbling forward to try and stop himself, and appears beside Kan. The little girl shrieks as the old man skids to a halt mere inches from the girl. "That was close. Hikai, why don't you just come here and hug your father-in-law?"

"BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT MY FATHER-IN-LAW!" Hikai yells, his nostrils flaring. His fangs are easily seen which makes the little girl blush bashfully. He notices this and shakes his head. He points a finger in the tiny girls direction before speaking, "What kind of father agrees to marry his daughter who can't be much older than eight, to marry a man who he doesn't know and is twenty years old?" Kan begins looking the man over. He takes note of his white hair and full goatee that both cascaded down to about his chest area. He glimpses the headband about his neck and hidden by the beard as well as the Kage hat and attire he is wearing. "on top of all of that, I don't WANT to marry your daughter!" Hikai bellows angrily. The small girls eyes grow wet, the Kage red, and Kan just shakes his head.

Kikyo Soshi & Ӄanshin Enkou

In a profound sense
every man has two halves to his being;
he is not one person
so much as two persons trying to act in unison.
________________________________________

Kikyo shrugged at the "Until that last instance" part. Honestly, she had no idea what she had done, but she thought it was enough of a distraction from what he had been so scared of on the way here. If there was one thing she was good at, it was scaring men. Speaking of scared men, she was fully aware of the miniature panic attack Kekkaishi was surely having right now. She planned to ignore it so that she could prolong the worry he was sure to feel at the moment. That was the best part of yelling at him was making him wait for what ever plan she had to making him pay. "Scaring men is something I specialize in, Kan. There's a reason Heaven claims to have a demon roaming their streets." No matter what people called Asgard, it would forever be "Hidden Heaven" to Kikyo, just as she would remain "The Demon of Heaven" for the rest of her life. "Besides, all I did was share information on Kanshin, which-- though not said out loud-- he wanted to know." She watched the scene unfold of some one suddenly grabbing Hikai and listened to the screams (or what ever one would call the unique little sounds coming from the Uchiha) inside. She did her best not to burst out into a fit of laughter. Instead, she took that as her cue to turn back to Kekkaishi.
A look of pure anger washed over her face as her one golden eye narrowed sharply at Kekkaishi. "The man basically told me that I may never get to see my only friend ever again. He then tried to get me to stab him in the heart in front of Kanshin. He has been out to make my life hell since the day I met him. That Akatsuki leader even stole our village, and YOU have the nerve to tell him to baby-sit me, a grown woman!" The tone she used practically dripped with acid just from talking about what had gone down. This was definitely a tone meant to show that she was not at all please with Kekkaishi and that if he made any advancement to run, she would hunt him down and torture him to the fullest of extremities.
Her expression lightened some before it turned to a wicked grin and she stood up a little straighter. "Don't worry about me hurting you, though. Some one has already taken something from you for me~. You see, shortly after you left, Saden met this really pretty girl. Hikai and Kan could tell you aaaall about her~. But, long story short, she offerd to take him back to her room for some fun and he all but jumped her then and there. I'm sure he's tied up soe where with all his stuff missing, because I sure as hell wasn't about to help out yet another of the fools you put in charge of watching me." She was trying not to giggle at the thought of Saden tied up with a confused look on his face after he thought he would get some action from the pretty girl with the very little clothing and the large amount of weaponry. As for Kanshin, she wasn't in the mood to talk about Hido again. Besides, Kekkaishi knew fully those two were a couple. He should have guessed where the girl would be if Hido was around and Kikyo was not. Although, Kikyo was about to be proven wrong.
Kanshin turned the corner of the building and grinned widely as she caught sight of her friends. "Kikyo-sempai~! Kekkaishi-kun~! There you two are~! Kikyo-sempai, I'm sorry you and Hido-kun got into another fight. It was a little mean of him to make me worry like that by offering to have you stab him in the chest with that sword, but I knew you wouldn't go through with it~!"
Kikyo was glad to hear Kanshin until she began talking about Hido. At that point, she began to tune her out until a though came into her mind. "Where is the smug b*****d, any ways?"
Kanshin pouted slightly at Kikyo's words. "Kikyo-sempai, I really do wish you would stop being so projudice against him just because he's an Akatsuki member, or was before it got blown up." Member was an understatement, but it really didn't matter to Kanshin. Still, she smiled lightly and answered the question. "Hido-kun had some stuff to go take care of, so he fixed my eye sight and went on his way~! Wasn't it nice of him~? I really wish he could have stayed longer, but he said it was very important and needed taking care of right away. At least he got to see my new outfit before he left~! Oh! Speaking of which-- Kekkaishi-kun, what do you think? Doesn'tit suit me? I even bought this cute tail and ears in one of the little villages here in Federation~! It's so soft and fluffy and swishes when I move, see?" She bean deminstrating with a light giggle before she got another thought. "Oh! Where's Hikai-kun? I want to ask his oppinion, too! I know the tail and ears may be a bit much for the outfit, but they were so cute that I couldn't resist buying them~! Ah! Is he in that room, sempai?"
Kikyo listened to what all Kanshin had to say. She seemed extra giddy, but that may be due to her returned vision. The thought of going blind had troubled the poor girl lately... She caught the question and nodded. "Yeah, he and Kan-- that guy that was outside the tea house with the girl Saden went with-- are in there talking to the Kage of the village to make nice for something that chick did. Seems he's making real nice with them with all the yelling going on in there." She chuckled lightly as she listened to Hikai add on to how he wouldn't marry what ever girl was in there.
Kanshin heard that part too and pouted lightly. "Poor Hikai-kun. I heard he's really popular with the ladies here, but I didn't think he would take so negatively to that. It must be hard being one of those Cresent people. Maybe I should go and make sure he's alright... Besides, I'm pretty sure my parents used to be good business partners with the Kage. Enkous tend to get along with other fire-users." She went up to the door and knocked lightly so as not to be rude if there was something truly important going on. "Mister Kage-sama, Hikai-kun? It's Kanshin Enkou of Hidden Cloud. May I come in really quickly?" The only reason she had added the "Of Hidden Cloud" part was that a part of her dearly hoped that the Kage might recognize the family name and let her in to help dissolve what ever issue was going on.

Kekkaishi stood still as he heard them talk, but as he saw Hikai being dragged into the room he could nto help but calm down, as he heard what was going inside he felt all of the tension leave his body, that was until she turned to him, he smiled as he heard her speak did she really think she could hold fear in him like that? no the small interruption in his fear by hikai's abduction? had brought him out of his fear, that was until she reminded him of why she hated Him. Kekkaishi eyes fell to the ground his hands becoming fist.
" i have failed you my love."
he said almost as a whisper. He turned around as he heard Kanshin he was a little surprised by her outfit, and secretly wondered how Kikyo would look like with a pair of ears and a tail, he looked at her though still sad there was that glint of boyish thoughts in his eyes, he wondered if he could find matching underwear.. of course that would mean finding out her sizes which in and of itself could be a dangerous mission for him. " You look.. nice Kanshin.. i have to say if i was nto in love with Kikyo i would whant to ask you out."
He smiled as he heard he did not want to marry whoever was in there. he remembered so many loves that started that way in the legend of his people. " i trust she gave sanden a hell of a party but that he is still alive. if anything he got some experience." he said almost backhandedly about her comments on sanden and his trip with mans pride and weakness.
he looked at her waiting for whatever punishment she deemed fit his crime. his eyes telling her he felt her will was all the justice in the world.

Kazumiya yawned they had spent all of there money on the feast on rooms. though of course Kazumiya could not really complain about ity since she enjoyed eating the food, she looked at her arms, her feathers where not fully grown yet, just how could she learn the most secret of her families techniques if she was still a child? why did she seem to be stagnant in her growth? she had done a little traveling, she did not care about much but maybe just maybe it was time to get stronger?maybe he should just give up o some of her dreams? a nice wind blew hair away from her face, he smiled, she could not wait till she could get rid of her ponytails she smiled, wondering what Kura would think of the secret thoughts of the normaly hyper active Akena
Kura stared out the window, she loved the way the stars looked up in her room, she looked to the top of the mountains where the Akena people where rumored to fly trough the air, she smiled, they would have to go look for a teacher tomorrow, she had to learn some of there's hidden aviation techs, she also had to figure out what exactly she would do. she has to find more ways to increase her own fighting prowess, she turned to look at her blade she had to learn more styles, she had to master her own fencing style tough as to whether or not it would be useful to her in a fight she still had to see.
