So after lengthy consideration, I've determined that I'm interested in rejoining.
I won't always have time to post, which will make it challenging, but I'll do it.
What's happened since I left?

Well, we took the planet we were assaulting, fought off a fighter attack, took over a battleship that had turned into a museum, then went to reatke another planet, which was inhabited by green plant-people. The marines were sent on-planet to start up a resistance movement, and the Hymn hightailed it halfway across the galaxy to help in the evacuation of a planet that was being assaulted, only to have our a** handed to us by a fighter ace launching a Nuke in the hangar bay.
Meanwhile, the marines successfully raided a POW camp, released all the prisoners, and started the resistance, while taking ANOTHER alien life form (The pink, feathered raptor known as 'Killy' who wears a black combat suit which makes him look like a crispy drathonian zombie) After a short period of relative calm while the Hymn was being rebuilt and refitted into an even more badass starship, our starbase (Saratar) became under attack by a huge-a** fleet with thousands of SQUADRONS of fighters, but the tide is turning with the superior skill of the Terrans, some new frigates, and the arrival of a SECOND Terra-class, the UTR Endeavour.
Right now, the marines are in a briefing, as they are about to round up a recently-discovered hideout of Moonies, whom have been gassed to sleep, but are potentially allies.
We're about to finish this chapter, which will cut the Moonie thing short, but allow us to go into a marine-based chapter that will be all fighting on a desolate, sun-less planet, without any breatheable atmosphere.

Heh, I never forget any of my people! Well, sometimes. But, then that just happens when you got so many of them running around. biggrin
Also...did I hear about a sunless planet with an unbreathable atmosphere ripe for ground combat? Sounds like MSS gets to have some fun! Maybe the Altresians too? wink

Woahsweet
So I need to remind myself who my character is.
Thomas the Tank Engine, unless I've forgotten.
Remind myself of his armament, then orient myself in this briefing - although some sort of way to get in would be, ah... convenient? biggrin

Side note: Out of a sense of duty, I'm going to rework the Medusa's text - actually do that stuff.
If I can find the tech skeleton.

Thomas 'The Tank' Peterson
he apparently strapped a steel plate on the outside of his combat armor
He used a Bro, had a Sugar on his back as a spare.
And, I suppose you can insert yourself back in with the current little briefing thing, just know that what it's leading to won't happen in RP.
Also, check the "Terran vehicles" article in the approved section dor the Medusa. I'm fairly certain we fleshed it out and approved it on our own volitions.

I checked. Looked word for word like the crap I had.
And now I remember! The idea was that he is just a bullet magnet.
And lives too.
I'll probably leave him mostly with the BR-O now. Posting!

That's perfectly fine. Most of the others have been promoted, and he was supposedly there.
