Yes, he loves me. But he's also a geeky boy who dosen't take good care of his body, spends most of his time working on either his job or his schoolwork, hasn't been romantic in any way to me in months, has made countless stupid sex jokes, and as of late has been treating me more as a friend and not a fiancee.
Now, here I am in Waikiki, in a bikini, being stared at by every second guy who walks by me. I am, as much as I disbelieve it, thought of as very attractive by many people, and If I wanted to, I could have any guy I wanted. But I chose not to because I love David and don't want to betray him.
But then again, even with the knowlege that other guys like me, David does nothing to keep me. He dosen't get jealous or try to impress me by giving me gifts or doing me favors that I don't ask of him. It seems like he's absolutely sure I'll always be with him and he dosen't think he has to do anything anymore. I'm not selfish, but I'd like to feel every once in a while that I'm worth trying for.
He is the kindest guy in the world, but he's just so pathetically ignorant to what I need that I can't stand it anymore. I keep trying and trying and telling him what I need, he forgets or dosen't understand.
I wanted to talk about it to him tonight, because I was really lonely without him in Hawaii, and I was still angry at him for chosing to go to school instead of be in Hawaii with me. But when I was trying to bring this up he told me that he was tired and coincidently mentioned how we always get into fights when he's tired...
