I want to know if I can participate in the final round of the chuunin exams due to them never telling who passed and failed.

After much consideration, I have decided to let up to rank 4 enter the Chuunin Exam Finals.
That would be:
Komen
Ace
Keke
Azesan
Lokey is specially permitted due to computer faults.
Reason~ You guys learned a lot in my exam.
