It's easy if you live in your own carefully crafted delusion of safety, cease to watch horror films, and never turn on the news. After a while you loose touch with how dangerous Orlando can be and, poof, you too can do a job like mine. 3nodding If you're wondering, yes, that is how I can stand night security. I'm well aware that there are a few serial killers loose in my part of the state, I work near the worst area of Orlando (I hear many gunshots in the distant most nights), and some of my residents are less than trustworthy. The biggest reason I keep the job is that the pay is quite good for something that requires only 40 hours of training to obtain a license, work is easy to get and in high enough demand to stay fairly regularly employed, and the work is pretty easy so long as nothing is going on.

Too late I watch both the news and horror movies (am a fan of Slasher films whee ) They're cheezy enough not to be considered a threat though. News on the other hand I agree with you. Lots of REAL crazy people o_O Hearing gunshots also isnt such a great sign, hope you never have to actually encounter those people gonk
