iOath That's BS. You can't just pass on control of a seal. The person who put the seal there is the only one who should be able to control it. You can't just "pass down" control of something that important. So...no. Even if you say you can do that, it's not happening. @Mirrors: Should I PM you tomorrow, too? Cause I want another one. To clarify, the seals on those who posses them will never go away. They're double sealed. Did the seals orochimaru gave out fade away when he died? The answer is no.
On top of that it was the seijin who possesed control of the seal, corey took over as leader so he inherited the jutsu scroll containing how to activate the seals. So there you go.
It was never so simple as just killing Trey, theres a reason it was the 'Seijin Five' who took over. If the control of the seals ended with just Trey than why would I have bothered to use a group? I mean come on. xD

Well Orochimaru can't do anything about the seal, and he's basically dead. There's not really a jutsu to make a seal like that. So there's nothing to pass down.
And can I make a Kage Bunshin learn the stages for Taijutsu? I'm currently stuck somewhere.

It was a custom jutsu I made.
Thats how corey obtained it.
Listen guys, it was the group that took over and not just Trey. So you need to defeat the group or the group needs to give up. Simple as that.

JMan 240 Where is Silk, I really want those stage 2s, who was in charge of that anyways. I do a lot of that bloodline related stuff, Silk asked me. Thats why you'll see all those descriptions beneath bloodline jutsu. I got them all from leafninja.com and edited.
So I guess im kind of in charge of that.
