He frowned. Arioch of all people did not need to ask. There were reasons why he had not interfeered in Alexis' mother teaching her morals, even if that had resulted in an extreem form of morals which had done more harm than good so far.
"Right, I'll have the one person I hurt the most look after a feeder.. Apart from her moral standards not agreeing with that, she'd be the last person I'd burden with that.. The feeder isn't happening. I can look out for myself I would just prefer it if someone kept that temptation outside away from my view."
He thought about Alexis feeder for a moment longer before adding.
"Yes, keeping him away from me is goign to help for a real long time"

"And watch you hurt yourself?"
Arioch's voice tripped in its calm, showing a hint of concern. He'd rather his friend didn't hurt himself in some way. Driving one insane, while Arioch's cup of tea, wasn't what he wanted to see in Joe.
"Despite her moral, which is really her grandfather's doing, Raven is probably one of few who would understand. For us, this feeder would be nothing more then a slave. At least Raven keeps them alive whereas any true melnibonean would have killed..."
He knew very well what that particular people was like, and how most dealt with their slaves. Any on battle barges were drugged in order to move the great ships, only to die once the drug fled their systems.

He shook his head.
"I'm not planning on hurting myself, I just want to take certain precausions so nothing that shouldn't happen happens"
He sighed. Chances were, the older demon knew best, he definatly knew Raven on a different level to the way Joe knew her and had known her and her family far longer.
"Just.. keep him out of my way, ok?"

Arioch wasn't sure how he was suppose to keep Andras away from Joe. He even felt it was a promise he couldn't keep.
"And if you hurt yourself in the process of taking these precautions?"

A devious smile found itself on his face at the question of concern.
"If I get hurt, its because I want to get hurt"
He replied. It was no great secret that he found pleasure not only the way normal people did but found it in pain on occasion.

"You know what I meant. Anyone can enjoy phsyical pain, Joe. We discovered that ourselves."
Arioch enjoyed it most but he would never let Song commit such a thing. Odd how the muse had wrapped herself around his heart.
He saw how Joe loved Raven, even when Joe didn't see it himself or admit it to anyone. He just half wished Joe would just say something....Of course the chaos demon knew better then to say anything.

He heard the warning in Arioch's tone and knew that this wasn't the time to fool around. Though, he could not help but smile at the memory of their time together.
"That we did"
He replied. The time they had had together had consisted of an adventure into the depth of darkness and pain and back again, not what most people would enjoy and yet, he held fond memories of that time.

He studied his friend for a moment. Why was he under the impression that his friend wanted to hurt himself emotionally? Not that the flavor wasn't tasty to this particular demon. It was something he wanted to avoid with Joe.
He glanced out the window, seeing Andras sleeping there. He didn't blame his friend one bit. Had he not been engaged and been in love with Song, he would have tried seducing the dragon himself.
Thinking back on those times it had been Joe and himself, he smiled softly at the tiny almost invisible scars on his body that was a mark of rememberance.
"Promise me you won't hurt yourself..." He said it softly, almost far away as though he had asked someone else the same thing...

He simply shook his head at the request.
"I'm not going to promise something when we both know I can't keep that promise"
He turned away from the window, leaving the temptation behind him.
"You know, I came to get your advice"
He finally admitted.
"If that" he pointed behind him "was just anyone, I"d have no qualms bedding him in whatever fashion necessary, but because he's hers I'll do my best to not go near him.. "
He made no attempt at claiming he wouldn't. The being outside had held a hold on him ever since he had first seen him, part of the reason he had gotten him for Alexis. His Little Missy deserved the best, and 'that guy' happend to be the best.
Uncertainty entered his voice as he continued speaking. ".. Is the restraint I have to show some form of morals?"

Arioch folded his arms and just looked at him, golden eyes revealing nothing. this was ground that needed careful treading and he was going to put some thought into his words before he would speak.
Honestly, he wasn't sure how to answer that question. The more he thought the more something formed.
"It's not a show of moral... rather a show of love and respect of your daughter..."

He thought about what Arioch had said silently. Love. A concept as foreing to him as sin was to an angel. He dealt with lust, had the ability to make-believe 'love' if the situation called for it, but truly love someone was out of his reach, though, he did wonder if the protective feeling he held for his daughter wasn't what was classified as love.
Eventually, a smile formed on his face.
"Good, I was afraid I'd caught 'morals' off of Raven and Alexis"
The last thing this demon needed was morals. He'd seen them interfeer too many times in the lives of those around him and knew instinctivly, that they'd be a hindrance to him.

He laughed at that.
"Such a person doesn't exist, luckily.."
His youthfulness showed through as he said that. In time, maybe he'd learn that morals weren't all bad and that having them didn't make you less of a demon.

He looked seductivly at Arioch then. He respected his friend enough to leave him alone, but asking never hurt anyone.
