Read the ********' manual (like with a TV or VCR.) Half the problem with people not knowing what to do is that they havn't read the basics.
Just replace Manual with Codex.

Indeed.
Have you ever experienced that stupid trick your uncle or grandfather would do when you were a kid? He would put his hand to your face, stick his thumb between his fingers and claim he had your nose? Well, I guess you could say my chaos character will be like uncle bob or grandpa joe, expept he will be ripping the spleens from gaurdsmen and mock them with taunts like "I've got your spleen and what are you gonna do about it!?!?!" with the gaurdsment weakly replying "Hey! thats mine! I want my spleen back please grandpa!"

Depends on what abilities you give them and how many there are, if you give them a transport or use daemons alongside them.

-Mykal Ok, provided that I have all that, yes or no? And what would be the optimal upgrades, numbers, transports, and deamons for them to be mass effective and ripping space marines apart? Im thinking mutations, fire, wings, or talons.

Well a max squad isnt bad with I'd say demonic mutations, of if they can have them, talons. Demons, either Khrone of Slaneesh in my opinion, as Khrone can do the damage and take the hits, while Slaneesh can do some fast hit and run damage. Dont worry about a transport. Though if you'd rather, take demonic flight over the mutations or talons

Give them a Mark of Khorne and all Khornate Chainaxes, and then Daemonic Mutation if you feel like splashing your points.
With another 4 attacks on the charge, these things should be pretty formidable. Those attacks only allow a 4+ armour save thanks to their wargear, but suffer from the Blood Frenzy "suicide complex" as noted on page 47.
If you feel like being fancy, you can give them a Champion who has some fancy Khorne wargear.
Up to you.

From an Undivided standpoint, possessed with flight work well as a secondary "daemonbomb" after bikers and raptors.

Here is an interesting note. From time to time, the idea of collecting a Slaanesh force comes to mind, though usually doesnt remain there long.
I was just thinking today, what if you wanted to give your Lord Daemonic stature?
Slaanesh Daemon prince.. Hmmmm

Almost all the Slaaneshi Statured Princes(ses) I've seen have been oversized 'daemonettes' designed using the Inquisitor Death Cultists, and they've all looked really, really good.

Ya know what is not a half bad idea.
I saw a hand sculpted Slaaneshi Daemon Prince(ss) better used for WFB, but it looked too nice. xd
And in reality, I do not believer that unless you decide that your Lord is Female. (Very possible) She will look like a daemonette, besides that, one must take the whole.. power armour thing into account.
