Well, I'm too lazy to PM so here is the gist of what's going on, or so, how you say it.

There are three [two at the moment] demon lords controlling Makai. They have servants and such, and surrounding lands are controlled by smaller lords, like wolf tribes, bird tribes, ogre tribes, the basics. But there is a dragon who doesn't like the way he is treated or was treated. His name is Ryukaze and he's been after the throne of the demon lords for quite some time. He's been taking the small tribes over, one-by-one. Tori and Varan are some of the victims of his trechery. Varan was the leader of a wolf tribe, when they expelled her from it, in fear they would be attacked by RyuKaze [?]. Tori's tribe of birds told him to run for it, in fear that Tori would get hurt and their small social system would fall.
Yoko was attacked by mercenaries, as was Hiei. Later finding out they were assasins sent by Ryukaze.
Mikan, one of Ryukaze's servants, and one of the most ranked officers in his army [?], was sent to 'rescue' Hiei, Ashira, Oni and Tori from the assasins, because RyuKaze felt that he should kill them, not some low life dirt.
Yoko was saved by Varan, who had come stumbling through his door way around the beginning of the roleplay.
Tori crash landed into Yoko's castle after the mercenaries had attacked them. Turns out, they were after the escaped Tori, but saw that he was heading to a much higher demon lords castle, felt that larger prey was much better to get, and failed miserably in their attack, which Varan, Chris and Keiko, Varan's servants, saved them from [a bit I suppose].
Then, Mikan sent a sludge demon to attack Hiei's castle, which turned out to be a dragon covered in rage, which turns out was RyuKaze's brother [if any of you hadn't figured that out yet... It was a nuance though, it might have been too hard to see...] who was in Ryukaze's debt. He was forced to attack Hiei out of his free will and died in the process, killing Tori when he tried to save Ashira.
Tori was given the dragon's jewel, which kept him alive, and now is haunted by the dragon's ghost [poor Tori, huh?].
After the defeat of the dragon, they all went to the infirmary in the nearest castle, Hiei's.
Botan turned into a ferry woman after her small brush with death, Tori is part dragon because of the emerald, Taji, Hiei's clone, past is being revealed, and Taji and Oni are on some type of date.
While everyone was recuparating, Botan decided to make food, seeing everyone was hungry, and some people tried to help her [Yoko failed miserable, might I add -rubs in-].
While she went to take the dishes back to the kitchen, she got lost and stumbled into a hall way, which was previously covered in blood, full of small, scavanger-type, demons.
Everyone was injured, so it proved a difficult task to get rid of the small demons.
After they had defeated the majority of urchins, one was left.
It was boasting about itself when the wall broke and a mad looking girl broke through.
Turns out, she thinks she's Tori's fiance, and wants to marry him, dead or alive.
She starts to go mad and attack everyone, but mostly after Tori.
Tori and Dixie [the name of the mad girl] were KIA, killed-in-action [mostly unconcious really...] and the fighting stopped.
That's when Hiei starts his little story to Ashira about Taji, and Taji and Oni are done with their date.
No clue, really, what's happened to everyone else...
Hm... Where DID Varan get to? And where is everyone else? We shall never know....
Hm.... Pretty long explanation I suppose....

Ashira gripped the sheets tighter and pulled them up to her chin slowly, "Poor Taji..." she muttered softly, her mind racing.

Yoko threw Tori down on one of the hospital beds, he was going back for Dixie... and then he'd perhaps throw her out a window. She had insulted him enough to warrant that. He sighed, "Take care of him okay?"
The nurse glared at him, "Again, he was just injured..."
Yoko, who was already angry from the battle, snapped, "Yes, it's your job after all...." He stormed off thinking of how these things had never happened when he was a theif...

Ashira sighed and looked up slowly at Hiei, ".. Hiei.. one thing bothers me.. you don't have an heir.. so how can Taji exist at all.. I mean... I understand it's the future.. but given the average time when people have kids.. I don't see how the 100 years would work out.." she looked down, clutching her knees.

I'm not completely sure what the transmission said. It was broken up in a lot of places... It could be one thousand... Or some bigger number."
